Cons: The room was very small so the air inside was really hot, but the window could be just slightly open. Air conditioner was the only solution to cool the temperature inside a little but still this didn't allow fresh air get into the room.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Cleaning
Cons: Staff
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice option comparatively to other hotels in the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In the center of the Pyatigorsk, everything is in the walking distance. Wi-if was sometimes very slow, otherwise everything is perfect. The staff was also very polite and nice. Forgot my phone at the registration table and the staff called me later in the day about my phone. Would not recommend to walk alone on the street where there are few people. I almost got my purse taken from my hands. People can tell if you are a tourist or not, always stay in the city and be in the company of others.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love these big old Communist-era hotels. My stay was great; the room was spacious enough for one person, but the best part was the balcony overlooking Lenin and the cable car. Breakfast was copious and pretty good, lots of fresh fruit and jams, and worth getting for the location alone - the old ballroom, which is fabulously kitsch. There was the possibility to book excursions (which I didn't) and various eating and drinking options (that I also didn't take advantage of). The hotel is very central, and is walkable from the bus station.
Cons: The staff weren't very friendly or helpful when I arrived without a visa, but in possession of a FIFA Fan ID, and the balcony hadn't been cleaned of two empty beer cans when I arrived, but they were just minor annoyances.

6.8 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom. There is a mutual kitchen at the hall.
Cons: The window looks at a wall; too noisy since the neighborhood is village-like, with lots of local priora-cowboys. The building itself is just a big house built to be a motel, provide maximum place for living and minimum of else, happened to scratch walls by shoulders while going through the corridors. The place is far from everything, but the name Motel tells you, if you don't have a car, you have nothing to do in here. Public transportation absents here as a class, so consider only taxi as a mean of transport.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location and easy to move to any side of the city.
Cons: No proper parking. If you care about your car they will offer parking behind the hotel for which you have to pay. Customer service is far from “good”....not enough staff, waiters in the restaurant are not kind and not interesting in their job....a la carts menu was not available due having a conference...we had to go out every time we wanted to eat...was not convenient as we were traveling with small children.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Liked the hotel in general. The location and comfort they provide is something remarkable.Friendly peaceful atmosphere.
Cons: The stuff is very young and they are trying their best, but I suppose many of them are not experienced enough and they need a closer supervision
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money and high level of service for the region.
Cons: Simple and slightly tired furniture but good enough for a comfortable sleep. We are not talking about a luxury stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel.
Cons: Check in is taking very long time.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, shops, travel equipment rentals, city centre. Safety measures are high in the hotel. Affordable prices including for spa and health centre.
Cons: A bit overpriced breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stood with my friend in the hotel the day before the trip to mountains and the day after. Great location in the city center. We were able to rent all the needed equipment and buy other staff just near the hotel. On the way back from the trip to mountains we really enjoyed SPA facilities, especially Turkish bath (hammam) and massage in the hotel.
Cons: Due to high safety measures sometimes taxis are not allowed to enter the territory of the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are nice and clean, gorgeous view of the mountains to the south. Breakfast was very good, big selection of items, delicious food. Olympic pool, gym and sauna with steam room were best highlights of my stay. Definitely staying in this hotel next time.
Cons: Might be noisy due to traffic outside if you book rooms facing north.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Very good location in the centre Few minutes walk for tram/buses NIce balcony with view.
Cons: Although on the pool use is listed as free it is not. Charge is 350rub per person for 3 hours. Breakfast is another 500 roubles per person and although advertised as buffet is really boiled eggs (NO other choice) bad sausages, some cheap cereals.... no juices etc. NOt worth it. Good cafees just opposite hotel offer a much better deal. Pool area attendant was extremely rude.... I was wearing a long under knee swimming trunks and she did not want me to use the pool because as she claimed, this not swim clothes, .... Yes bad English.. but those were her words.... and this after I had paid the extra charge for using the pool.....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value hotel. Staff at check in very helpful. Room had all facilities required. Good location - with regular trams down hill into town centre.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: A very persistent dog barking right outside my window every night
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A good hotel with nice view, very clean and safe. The place is great! Thank you,
Cons: Don't ask the administration to order a taxi for you, do on your own, they take up to 30% more the market price. The rest is ok.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Very close to Mashuk and Proval, the major sites in Pyatigorsk.
Cons: Not the newest facilities, but still very good value for the money.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location is good because there are water springs around and its very close to the center.
Cons: 1. Upon checking in , I forgot my documents(migration card) at my wife’s house , we arrived at the hotel around 11 pm , so we said how about we check in and get u migration card tomorrow , the lady at the reception said - we have tough rules , and you can go check in in (!!!) in any other hotel near by !!! Anyhow we sent someone to get us the migration card , at night and she still didnt check us in knowing we were getting it that night , and she took our bags (two huge ones) and locked it in a room and we had no where to go where to go till the person was coming (which took about 2 hours ) and all the cafes were closed and we were literally killing time out in the cold (-6 C) . After checking in , we went to the room to find that the room was very cold , the shower water was warm not hot , the shower cabin had broken door so during the warm shower in cold bathroom we actually froze. The beds had synthetic sheets that had so many electrons that my wife got mild electric shocks. The bed covers were very light and there is no phone in the hotel to contact the (rude) reception. In the morning we asked for extra covers and new room , they have us new room with cotton sheets that have been in the room with no clients for a long time. I asked for an extra cover , and i asked to change the sheets - where the cleaning lady exclaimed- why ?!!! They are brand new and clean. So we got very uncomfortable so we just went along. They got us ONE extra cover so me and my wife got cold by the end of our trip because the room was literally freezing. The heating system was almost not there. The room was not barely cleaned once - where they left dirty feet towels and did not change them till we checked out ( 5 nights ) . Once when we came back they closed the lights in the hallways so we had to torch our way to our room. My advice - don’t ruin your holiday and never visit that place .
6.3 Good
Pros: Very nice location
Cons: Staff don't speak English, staff polite but not truly yours (this is the impression I had perhaps it has to do with the local mentality - I'm Greek), basic facilities, clean but you think it is not because of some tired corners at wall and linens
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view is wonderfull
Cons: Only one elevator
