Hotel is within wolking distance from City center and Cathedral. Easy parking in streets around the hotel. Friendly Hotel staff.

The friendliness of the staff and the how they were always able to help. The room was also very clean and tidy and always well presented after cleaning.
Sometimes was a lttle bit cold at night because of the heating not being on.

The food and drink was of good quality and reasonably priced when compared to nearby restaurants.
The twin room was too small for two people and felt a little 'cramped'. The bathroom was ample in size, clean but the extractor fan was either inefficient or broken. The public rooms were fine, but the corridors were dirty (cobwebs) and these and bedrroms were in need of re-decoration.

I was first put in a room facing the highway interchange (which I didn't realize would be so close to the hotel!) but when I complained I was offered a quite room to the quieter backside immediately. The hotel is close to the cathedreal and not too far from the shops. Easy to find when coming by car.
Charged different price for Tuesday night then for Wednesday night -- shuold have been the same

Ideal for a short stopover, close to the motorways and just a 10-minute-walk from the cathedral
Unfriendly receptionist who still needs to learn to say 'bonjour' and smile. That woman definitely didn't like her job.
