Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s excellent and central location, with many noting its proximity to the beach, city center, and attractions. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests’ experiences. However, there were consistent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, old furnishings, and maintenance issues. Many found the beds uncomfortable, and breakfast often received negative remarks for its quality and freshness. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast offerings.
