Pros (+) The staff and location
Cons (-) The rooms were very rundown and not maintained. The lampshade came apart when I attempted to turn the light on, the curtain was hanging off the rod, flat unhygienic pillows, breakfast offering was very unappealing with a tiny table in the corner. It was a dump overall, but the staff were friendly and the location was good.

Cons (-) My room just didn't feel 100% clean, sheets looked old. I should have spent an extra $15 and stayed next door at the Quality Inn.
