Cons: The buffet was HORRIBLE. It was extremely overpriced and the food was really bad... the food was left out all day even the sushi

Cons: Hotel could do with refurburbisment. Rooms looking very tied and for the money paid you would expect rooms to have great quality. TV channels very poor no English channels outside of CCN News. Wine very pricey per glass I can buy two bottles at home for what they charged per glass.

Pros: The location

Cons: When I checked in they had my reservation wrong. Even though I had a confirmation email. They would not correct the error. They just said my email confirmation was wrong. I was over charged by a considerable amount. I filed a complaint with the Hotel after my stay. They did nothing. And the reservation could not be canceled. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I am a Hilton Honors member. But I will not be staying here again.

Cons: I disliked the fact that Following your recommendation I paid extra for a room facing the ocean only to be brought to a side room where you can see the ocean but are not facing it. I did not agree to accept this room went down to the concierge and insisted that he give me the room I paid for. I also did not like that your site gave breakfast price as 70 reals and they charged me 75 per person plus 10% service. I do not mind accepting a very high price if such happens and gladly paying for it. I do mind theft and mistreatment of the hotel guests.

Pros: Neighborhood for us was Copacabana beach, was fantastic . Other unforgettable highlights such as Corcovado, sugarloaf, cathedral, samba show, restaurant- bars etc offered excellent moments.

Pros: It's OK, but not very appropriate to me. Also it is not free.

Cons: I didn’t like the noise. We booked a suite about 8 months ahead but we ended up just about 100 feet up from the street so the noise at night was terrible and that was with the windows closed. We were on honeymoon and we notified the hotel but we were treated no different.

Cons: Sauna and Steam room were not ready to use. You have to call them in advance to switch the heating on.

Pros: Minor problems with TV etc were sorted immediately. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Fizz with breakfast added that extra bit of extravagance to the stay. Breakfast choice was fab with so much fresh fruit and breads as well as usual cooked breakfast options. Rooftop pool.

Cons: Limited sunbeds on beach and around pool, but nothing that would put us off staying again. Beach had lots of complimentary reclining chairs in front of hotel.

Pros: Location is spot on, literally metres from the Copacabana Beach! The hotel staff are friendly, a lovely welcome glass of sparkling wine on arrival is a great touch. Bathroom is great, and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and lovely and big!

Cons: The food at the bar was poor, wasn’t worth ordering anything there. The pool is cold water, but to be fair in the heat of summer is probably quite refreshing. The room walls are very thin and you can hear next door, or people above very easily.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast buffet with gorgeous view! Very clean rooms. Great location to walk to the beach (hotel provides chairs, towels,etc.). Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Breathtaking bar on 20th floor. We felt always very safe!

Cons: The rooms were slightly disappointing, but still reasonably priced. Maid service may have skimped on certain things, but overall staff was very respectful and attentive (even if there were some language barriers).

Pros: This was a very cute hotel right on Copacabana Beach. It was modern and the location was great. The hotel staff was very helpful. Great water pressure and the AC worked wonderfully!

Pros: Everything was great. Good location in the middle of Copacabana beach. Own beach area with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with broad range of meal. Even after check out we could use a shower at roof top wellness after coming back from the beach.

Cons: To get the room 2 hours before official check in at 12:00 were asked to pay quite high fee around 50,- EUR that we refused and had to wait till 12:00 even they had rooms available earlier.

Pros: We came early morning, well before check in time and they gave us a room immediately. The hotel is 2 blocks from a beach with food and many other stores nearby. We felt totally safe walking around day or evening.

Cons: Once you check out and have to wait for your evening flight, it would be nice to have access to internet. The concierge was nice and gave me access but not sure if this is the norm.

Pros: I like that this location was a couple of blocks from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the mornings was nice.

Cons: I would not recommend this as a place to stay. There were a ton of issues with the internet. I ended up having to switch rooms because the Wifi randomly dropped in my room. The cleanliness and lighting of the rooms/ restrooms also need improvement. Overall, I give it a 3/5 stars. It's okay.

Cons: The gym was small and old. Rooms were not perfectly cleaned everyday: crums still on the floor. Bed sheets had marks on it and were not changed.

Pros: Comfortable room even if it is smaller than picture. Air conditioner, equipments and cleaning worked very well. Breakfast is good, rich and diverse on options. Hotel structure and staff were very good! Location is okay, it is not in a beautiful street but it is close to Copacabana beach, metro station and it is easy to access the other turistic places.

Cons: I had dinner twice in the hotel because I was sick and could not go out. The food could be better but nothing that debunk.

Cons: The pool area closes down early, it wasn't always clean, and sometimes the bartender wouldn't even be there. The breakfast was super crowded, and it was very difficult to find a clean table. The prices at the restaurant were quite expensive, the food was subpar and the service at the restaurant was average.

Cons: I got a weird phone call on Friday evening, ask for my credit card detail because the staff at the reception forgot to do so for the sake of minibar. On Sunday, I realised my card was leaked and someone used my card for hotel/car rental in UK for >1500 EUR. The only chance for the card got theft was 1) the taxi from airport to hotel 2) the hotel. I don’t want to accuse anyone because I don’t know what happened in fact. However, I want to point this out for your information.

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating considering I couldn’t speak Portuguese.

Cons: The view from my room was terrible. One window was to an open space blocked in and the other was a view of the loading bay. Literally nothing like the pictures and advertisements said.

Cons: Hotel is really ok, beautifull view from the restaurant great breakfast. However please check if they do not have wedding or other party. I stayed there from Saturday till Sunday and my room was just above restaurant where the weeding party was going on. The music was so loud that you might think you are actually in the restaurant. I went to the office desk few times to ask if they do something about it, they told me each time that the party is almost finished. Finally around 2.00 in the night they offered me another room, i had to pack all my stuff move to the new room. This new room was very quiet. I was very tried the next dat.

Pros: We liked its rooftop, mostly, but you don’t have to be a client at the hotel to have a drink there... still, it’s quite amazing, with the best possible sunset on the sugar loaf / the bay. Breakfast is good, although served at the ground floor in a patio I did not find really nice with very few day light. The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. As for the room, the bed was good but we had some big issue with an horrible smell.

Cons: - It all started when we tried to reach the hotel a week before: twice by email + by phone to request 1) transfer from the airport 2) early check in. Nobody ever answered our emails and the multiples persons we had on the phone did not even seem to understand the requests. We were told the transfer was possible but for 2000R$!! (= 500€) - it cost us 20€ with a taxi we booked directly when arriving at the airport. - We arrived at 8AM after a 12-hour flight and asked (again) for checking in early. This request was directly rejected, although it did not seam like the hotel was fully booked (nobody in the lobby / very few people at breakfast / empty rooftop at night...). Not really what you expect from a hotel of this category - As mentioned before, we had this horrible smell in the room. When we finally received the key, we were so exhausted we just wanted to crash and did not felt like arguing about it, plus the guy, who brought our luggages did not seem to notice it so - well - we stopped the AC (it seemed to make it worse), opened the window and fell asleep. However, it had become really unbearable on our second day, so we asked for another room - which we had - but we might have expected an upgrade, especially since we specified these were the two first nights of our honeymoon... - About that, don’t expect any specific attention! We had it pretty much everywhere else during our stay in Brazil We really expected more from this stay and were highly disappointed. Just go there to enjoy the rooftop view, the rest is completely overpriced.

Pros: Funky decoration all over the place, arty and tasty in my opinion. Best bed and sheets I had in years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and proactively offerinf support. The rooms with a view of the Sugar Koaf are simlly stunting. The rooftop bar is equally incredible. At approx $160 a night for a room with view (advanced booking), this is just the best value for money you can think of.

Cons: Nothing. Well if I need to find something to complain about, the service at the rooftop bar can be a bit slow.
