In the summer, I love the rooms with balconies to sit out on and sip morning coffee and watch the ferry come in and out. In the evening it is nice to have a glass of wine and savor the nice weather. Cons: Female inn keeper very confrontational when asked about charges on my credit card.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic large home in the center of town. Walking distance to everything. Spacious room with ample storage for clothing. Window AC kept us cool at night and there were also other windows to open for a breeze. Breakfast was available over several hours. It was delicious. Hosts were very gracious and friendly. We felt at home.
Cons: Parking could be a concern. We always found a spot but you might have to walk a little bit. I know that the owners are working to resolve issues and secure the spaces around the property.

Pros: Very convenient location, charming and interesting building but with everything you need. HOsts were great, breakfast was excellent with some choices, and they would make something else if you wanted. Other guests were also friendly and interesting.
Cons: I would have liked a full length mirror in the guest room; lots of places seem to be eliminating them. I was going to a wedding, so I had to take a chance on what my lower half looked like
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Carla and Gary are incredible hosts who try to anticipate all your needs and make sure they are met. They were incredibly helpful with suggestions on area restaurants, activities and which local purveyors were the best and why. We'll definitely stay at the Lindsey the next time in the area and will look forward to being welcomed back as old friends.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property itself was magnificent and room was amazing.
Cons: Hosts were a bit stand-offish with us. I saw a room available online on their website and was instructed to call. When I called I was told there was no room. I went to booking.com and booked the room. The hotel then called me back asking if I booked the room which I confirmed. They seemed almost annoyed at this and seemingly mocked me for being "very persistent" upon arrival. The whole experience seemed bizarre. It would have also been nice to have been informed in advance what the breakfast offering was. I say offering because there was only one choice which I found odd in this day and age.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and the location and the facility everything was absolutely perfect I wouldn’t have changed a thing

We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like how they charged my card in full prior to my arrival. Most establishments use the card as a hold, and may even charge a percentage. This was disappointing, as I was splitting the room cost with my cousin, and she was going to pay her portion in cash there.

Pros: Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed this quaint and comfortable motel. The owner Alex and his wife Siobhan are from Ireland and Irish decor fills the lobby area, offering a welcoming experience. Alex is friendly and chatty and we enjoyed speaking with him, he still has a heavy brogue that is delightful. The rooms are very clean and the decor is colorful, with brightly painted walls and floral curtains. Our bed was so comfortable. We slept well. Continental breakfast was sufficiently stocked with fruit, yogurt, scones , English muffins and toast. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc. Just enough before heading out. Overall very pleased with our stay!
Cons: Nothing. For a motel lodging, we definitely felt we got our money’s worth.

Pros: The place was beautiful before you even get in the door. An iconic wraparound porch with all kinds of seats and swings. Fantastic. Rooms were nice and the owners were extremely attentive. Everything was very nice and comfortable, lots of shared common space to sit and read, work, sit outside, wherever. Easy walk to downtown Rockland, easy drive to Camden. And the best part. These guys put the BREAKFAST in bed and breakfast. Every morning, they're ready to serve you, juice, glass of fruit and something unique and delicious every morning. The breakfast was worth the stay, I can't say enough about how delicious it was.
