Guests say
Guest reviews are mixed, with many expressing dissatisfaction about cleanliness, service, and the condition of facilities, including issues with unclean rooms, lack of kitchen equipment, and unresponsive staff. Several guests also noted problems with breakfast options and additional fees. However, some guests appreciated the spacious rooms, convenient location, and, in a few cases, the friendliness of certain staff members. Positive comments highlighted tranquility, comfort, and cleanliness in select experiences, but these were less frequent than negative remarks.AI-generated from customer reviews
