Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unresponsive or absent staff, delayed check-ins, and poor communication. Cleanliness is a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some also mention problems with bed comfort and unreliable or non-functional wifi. While a few guests found the price reasonable and the location excellent, the overall experience is marred by service and cleanliness shortcomings.

Cons (-) The "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together. They would slide apart constantly through the night and that was a bit annoying.
