Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport and major attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, which are often described as dirty or poorly maintained. Many guests also report issues with the service, citing unhelpful staff and lack of support during emergencies. While some appreciate the value for price, others feel the facilities and amenities do not meet expectations. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and service quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
