Good value for money for a hotel in Rome. Close to a metro station.
Breakfast was terrible - one burnt croissant and a stale roll. Coffee jug very dirty and we were not able to drink the watery coffee. We ended up going up the road to a snack bar for breakfast instead. Not many restaurants in the area.
It was pretty quite, the staff were friendly and courteous. It is nicely located for travelers. The breakfast is also nice.
It was clean, was in a good safe location and close to Manzoni metro. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were good. And it was good value for money.
There is no lift
We found the location of the Luzzatti to be ideal, close to Termini and the Metro. Although the area looks a little run down, we never felt worried and walked late at night safely. The room was very comfortable although the shower was a tight squeeze for a larger than average Canadian. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English for us to get through with no problems.
Normally this would not have been a problem, but, as my wife was suffering with a back injury the stairs were a little difficult. Fortunately we were on the first floor which meant only two flights of stairs to get to the breakfast room.
Friendly staff, cheap with clean rooms.
Mosquito problem, unimpressive breakfast, no drink-making facilities in the rooms, rough area with dour exterior.
It was quiet and few visitors in your nice hotel
It would be nice, if one could get coffie/beer/drinks when we arrived late in the evening.
Improve the bathroom.
Friendly personel, good price, good room, decent breakfast.
Cleaness, nice and large rooms and bathrooms.
