A cosy room with fabric-wallpaper. Very quiet even we had a room to the street. Very good breakfast with changes from day to day. The hotel is close to restaurants, busses, metro and there is a big supermarket around the corner. Towels changed every day. Some nights the hotel offered a good-night chocolate. We will stay there again.
The bedlight is not good if you want to read. It can't reach the beds. A broken bulb in the bathroom was not changed, while we were staying.
The location was good close to the sites.
They advertised air conditioning. One of the things that was important to us. When we got there they had turned the air conditioning off and would not turn it back on. We asked for a fan but the desk cleark didn't get back to us when we asked again he said he thought they had one but we never did hear back about it. Because it was so warm in the room we had to sleep with the window open. We woken up every morning at 5:30 am because the laudrey guy was bringing carts in the court yard across the tiles. Pretty noisy!!! One morning at 2:30 am there was some guy out there washing his car or washing the court yard. They work at strange hours. The shower head was broken when we got there. I would not stay in this hotel again.
The hotel was very conveniently located near the station. The room was large and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The staff were efficient and helpful and were happy to speak English.
There was no shower curtain resulting in very wet bathroom floor.
Quiet place in a central location close to pubic transport and historical centre of Rome
Good hotel near the termini station. The staff was polite .Breakfast was good with many choices but most of them sweet. They gave us the superior room because of booking mistake without extra charge .
They didn't change bed sheets as long as we stayed.
The staff where excellent they could'nt do enough for my mother and i. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely.
nothing we did not like could find no fault at all.
good breakfast, good location, pleasant staff
Quiet - either location either the building, night buses at Piazza Independenza, "simpatic" stuff in reception - helpfull if nedeed, pleasant -with feeling and discret - cleaning of our room, Conad market near the hotel and some restaurants, too.
In bathroom there must be repaired a wall, internet in reception could be free of charge - at least for quick informations about traffic, opening time, events in Rome, ticket reservation etc.
Staff very helpfull and friendly. Excellent public transportation location. Within walking distance of many "want to see" tourist spots.
Price was too high for the actual service. Small things broken in room. Internet connection not working and customers were asked to call themselves the internet provider in Milan and sort it out; how is this possible?
