This hotel stands opposite Nero's aqueduct in Rome's Esquilino district, 1 km from Termini Station and less than 2 km from the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, and Capitoline Hill.
Good location but more like a 2 star with bad staff to top it off.Pros: LocationCons: Staff, weak WiFi, not 4 , especially with poor staff (and aa super creepy staff).
Pros: the courtesy of the staff, the variety on the breakfastCons: The room was less for what I expected on a 4star hotel. there was nothing wrong, just not like the reception or dining room, in quality and decoration of the furniture.
Pros: location not great and for a boutique hotel seemed old and not refined for its star ratingCons: old stale and dark, bathroom europe size (tiny for a average american) and badly conceived , had to make real acrobacies to fit.
Pros: The staff was so friendly. I stayed in room 29 and it was very lovely. The breakfast was perfect. I would stay here again!!
Pros: Nice yard and cute decoCons: Location
Pros: it was cleanCons: expensive city tax....most of the hotels charges ¿3.00/ night per room. this hotel charges ¿6/person per night that was expensive..read fine print before booking...
Pros: The Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was included... bacon and scrambled eggs, cereal, a selection of cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. It provided a great start to the day.Cons: Location was a little remote from all the attractions in Rome. Rooms were spacious enough, but the bed was too hard and pillows too flat. We asked at the front desk for extra pillows, but they said none were available. No shower curtain. No blankets.
Pros: People were courteousCons: Smelled, room was not what you expect for a 4 star hotel
The hotel did not meet 4 star hotel expectation. I would say 3 star or less. The mid aged lady at the receiption was not friendly while the gent was. All other hotel staffs were friendly.Pros: Breakfast was good. Nice interior/exteior design. Free local calls from receiption. Kept our luggages after check out. Call taxi SVC. Fast wifi.Cons: Small room. No sound proof. 6 euro city tax per night per person. The room was super freezing at night and did not switch the heater on for us until we asked them to. The linen was not fresh and clean. Location was not convenient. ( far from termini )
Pros: EverythingCons: My flight was canceled so I had to leave early and lose money paid for this hotel
Our room was a little small compared to the photo, but cute and clean. We had a fun view of the aqueducts, which is a fun addition to the Rome experience, however it also happens to be a surprisingly noisy street.Pros: The breakfast was really good and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
