Hotel Navona

Hotel Navona's greatest asset is the location. For anyone who is thinking about scouting the city on foot this is, beyond any doubt, the perfect spot. It is close (takes seconds by foot) to one of the most beautifull squares in the world, full of bars and restaurants (you reach it within a few seconds) and it is possible to visit the main atractions in Rome by simply giving use to your feet :d Vatican and it's marvelous museum, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Colisseum, Fiore Romanum and Altare de la Patria, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, Via Condotti and so on. Every main atraction is at a pedestrian's reach. The hotel is quite cosy and has good air conditioning, an important feature in the roman moisty and hot weather. The employees are nice and give great tips for turists (also in english), especially Mr. Antonio. Cleaning is effective and regular. At the arrival it may seem quite decadent, mainly due to the dodgy look of the street and the terrible look of the building's ground floor but as soon as you enter the hotel (wich is located in the first floor), the decadency feeling fades away. They also have wireless connection in the main hall.

The breakfast is quite poor in my opinion, but I'm quite suspicious, since I'm a raging fanatic of the english/american brand. They could improve it by adding ingredients from the english and american types. The wireless connection could be extended to the rooms. The furniture, tough functional, was quite old in my room; the same goes for the television.
