Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean room.
Breakfast lady should smile more :)
Overall, a nice hotel. The single room was a bit small, yet pleasant and comfortable - I had very good sleep there.
nice hotel, convenient location close to termini, safe surounding area, enough space in the room with the exception of the shower tub. Breakfast good for Italian hotel, very compepitive rate, overall happy with my stay
small shower tub
We liked the hotel place that it is very close to termini station and metro lines. There are a lot of restaurants and very close to the hotel. We stayed in the residence section and it was very comfortable for us( two children). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Residence section does not have a wi-fi area and breakfast was not enough for kids but i think it was due to the end of tourist sesion in rome. But these negatives are not a reason not to stay there. we highly recommend this hotel..
Cleanliness and it is near Termini station. Da Nazzareno Restaurant which is nearby is a very good option for lunch & dinner.
It doesn't have to do with the hotel itself, but the amount of beggars hovering around is alarmingly on the increase. The authorities should do something about it as it is seriously damaging the Tourist industry.
Central located close to Termini
nice location just near to Termini Station, Bus Terminal & Metro
Reception staff in the night was so kind
Proximity to Termini and coaches to airport which our daughters caught. Helpful staff, especially the man who suggested we spent a very hot Sunday afternoon at Castel Gandolfo before catching a late flight from Ciampino
Friendly staff, hotel just around the corner from from bus stop / train station. Easy access from here to the metro and buses to all the main sites. Hotel room was basic, but very clean and well presented, also aircon was a bonus. If its somewhere you just want to get a good nights sleep and breakfast without over the top thrills then its highly recommended. Would stay again.
Friendly, helpful staff at front desk and at breakfast. Clean (very small) room. Stayed here because of convenient walking (with rolling luggage) location to and from the train station. Good for an overnight stay. We arrived the hotel at 9 AM and they let us check-in to our room because it was available. The two computers for Internet use in the small sitting area was wonderful. The keyboard is different from the US so study it before you begin your 30 minutes--especially find out how to make the "@" sign. There is a charge of 1 euro for 30 minutes.
Out room was not in the same building where the hotel is. We had to go out the door, around the corner to the end of the block, and enter through a dirty and gross looking hallway and then stairway. Once you reach the floor that the rooms are on and open the door into the hallway it is clean and well lit. The electricity only works when you are in the room and your room key is inserted into a slot so the room was hot and muggy when we got there (May 2, 2007). Even though they say "air-conditioned rooms" that does not mean the air conditioning is on in you room. I asked at the front desk how to turn on the a.c. and was told that the a.c. does not get turned on until later in the season. We had to open the windows which was fine during the day, however, it is extremely noisy and at night we could not sleep because of street noise, trucks loading and unloading, loud birds, and the sirens from the police station which is just down the block going off all night. Make sure your room is in the main hotel building and not on the ground floor and that the a.c. will be "on" in your room.
