Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. Many enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms comfortable, though some noted issues with room size or maintenance. However, a major source of dissatisfaction was the pool, which required an additional fee and was not always as advertised. Other negatives included noisy rooms, elevator delays, and some facilities needing updates. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as service and location stood out in most reviews.
