Cons (-) Kayak.com showed this place as a 4 start hotel and we booked two rooms for 5 nights, when we arrived at hotel we learned this was not a 4 start hotel, very poor quality hotel. We strongly don't recommend this place.

Pros (+) Good size room and bathroom. Nice location.
Cons (-) It’s a boutique hotel, so there is not a front desk. The manager is there by appointment and is available by text. It worked out fine, just mentioning how it’s set up.

Pros (+) I guess the location, but comfort is more important to me.
Cons (-) When we arrived we were told that the bathroom in our room needed repairs and that we were booked a room at another hotel so I am submitting a review for that hotel, called Relais Del Fico and my experience. I would have preferred the option for refund or choose a hot myself not to have one chosen for me. The staff at both places were accommodating. I’m not staying at either hotel ever.
