Pros (+) Great location and very friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Nice having some fresh breakfast options and free coffee in the lobby.
Cons (-) My daughter found a hair on her mattress (not hers). They say they are doing "extra" cleaning for COVID, but it wasn't as obvious as at other hotels I've stayed at. (Things like putting the TV remote in a plastic sleeve, sanitation sticker on the door jam, extra wipes in the room, etc.) Mattresses are on a platform, so they slide when you're sitting up leaning against the headboard to watch TV or ...

Pros (+) Bed súper confortable and I love they have ( a shuttle) transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Pros (+) The facility was clean. The front desk was very helpful and it made checking in and out very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Cons (-) Only issues we had was no remote in the room for the television. The phone inside the room was not on. The ice machine was located on a different level.

Pros (+) Location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. At least two very good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons (-) Difficult to find, even with GPS, because of blocked off roads. Confusing parking structure available across the street. On-site parking was limited, but fairly priced.

Pros (+) Good location for shopping and dining. Out of towners: you are not downtown Chicago at this hotel. The train is within walking distance. Beds were very comfy and towels were great.
