Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the airport, frequent and convenient shuttle service, and proximity to restaurants and shopping. Many highlighted the friendly and professional staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The restaurant options, both in the hotel and nearby, were appreciated. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the high parking fees and some experienced issues with billing or noise. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Near Outlets?
Cons (-) 1. No microwave, that’s fine, there is a refrigerator full of stuffs for sale so you can’t use it, open the door, take any thing out longer than 45 secs, it is billed, be aware. 2. Pros (+) Loved the valet! And the Starbucks on location! The restaurants were great!!
Cons (-) Did not like the pillows. I woke up with a stiff neck both mornings.
Pros (+) Excellent value and room design and spaciousness
Cons (-) Hassle to get online: last name is hyphenated and had to visit desk to resolve issue.
Cons (-) Bed could have been more comfortable.
Pros (+) Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons (-) Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel looked great and the parking garage was great for us to leave our vehicle during our trip.
