Pros (+) The text-message system in advance of arrival is great. It's too bad management will not honor simple customer requests - especially when they are made well in advance of arrival.
Cons (-) I requested a ground floor room well in advance of my arrival day & time because I always have a lot of heavy stuff to carry into my room. I arrived late (8:30 pm) because of a big snowstorm that delayed me significantly and they put me in a second story room instead (apparently because they were close to being full.)
