Excellent 8.0
Cons: Dinner was not up to expectations for the prices charged. What chef would serve an aged steak sliced at 5mm thickness and only place two small slices on plate.😟
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Pretty much everything. We took a risk taking young kids on a luxury holiday however it paid off!! Maybe if it wasn’t for covid we might have gone to Fiji but we decided to stay in NZ instead and we had an awesome time. Highly recommend indulging in the 4 bedroom villa! The staff and chef were all amazing. They completely accommodated the children as well without disturbing other guests which I was worried about offering us separate dining on our request! Just loved it and will be back.
Cons: Gosh it’s hard to find anything but my young kids would have liked traditional ice cream flavors for dessert as have rather simple pallets (loved the spaghetti though)
Good 7.0
Pros: House made bread was great service helpful and friendly
Cons: Breakfast at 40 a head was expensive however we did get some refund at check out.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful setting with spacious suites.
Cons: it would be nice if their was a turn down service and we could hear the neighbours upstairs moving around quite a bit.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful scenery. Lovely breakfasts

Excellent 8.8
We stayed 2 nights at Regal Palms in Rotorua. We have not been able to fault the service and the friendly staff. All our requests were met with a smile and the one problem we had was fixed within 10 minutes. Lovely stay and would come back. the one thing I would have liked is for the resort to be closer to the city centre.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice staff Good cleaning
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Really great hosts...kids like the playground..spa pool was great ..comfortable beds..they are going to do some other upgrades but we would definitely stay again
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable, our youngest enjoyed the playground that was on the grounds
Cons: The tvs were very small and would have been better if all channels were available in. Oth the rooms, couch wasn’t very comfortable either
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved our stay. Our unit was clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. One family member described it as "flash". We met 2 staff and both were very friendly and welcoming. Lots of room for the kids to move around, they loved it. Huge bedroom upstairs with lots of beds, very comfortable and suitable for families. Loved that we had our own private spa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thanks very much Arista!
Cons: That we didn't stay another night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful accommodation. I wanted to stay longer, but Arista was fully booked (not surprising).
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice comfortable and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly helpful hosts., giving excellent tour advice & going above & beyond for emotional support, Rooms, grounds, settings, area, all great ambience, Quiet&peaceful street,Beautiful , autumn leaves everywhere was an added bonus
Cons: It was perfect
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was outstanding. The host was excellent and gave us so much useful information about events around Redwood and nearby cafes, eateries and shops. Homely atmosphere and were introduced to the other quests during breakfast.
Cons: Our stay could have been longer. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Fresh fruit salad for breakfast.Dynamic entertaining hostess Well located to town, shopping area & airport
Okay 5.0
Pros: The host Vivien was very friendly and helpful. The continential breakfast which was included in the cost was of good value with a number of choices.
Cons: We believed that we were booking a stand alone chalet type room. On arrival we were shown to a room with ensuite and shared lounge inside the hosts home. We felt that we had to sneak around when in the building so as to not inconvenience the host.. As this accomodation is hosted you may also be sharing the space with up to 4 other guests at breakfast time which may not suit anyone who desires solitude or privacy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: the property is in a good location. the rooms are nice and there is a nice communal area. most of all the host Vivien is amazing. she is very welcoming and she knows a lot about Rotorua. Vivien is happy to help you with advice for sight seeing or directions and she is a lovely host.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a lovely stay at B&B at the Redwoods.Vivien and Peter were amazing hosts and really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the hosts were our highlight. Also make sure you get your tickets for the redwoods from Vivien directly so you don't have to queue. Would definitely come and stay again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast, our host Vivian was absolutely lovely, she even held our son and played with him while we had breakfast. Location right next to the Redwoods made it super easy to go mountain biking and we had an easy base to shower/rest. Vivian also mentioned that people often use the garage for bikes. The room was quiet and looked out to a very peaceful garden. The communal lounge also made it easy to sort out lunch and was generally just a fab place to stay! Couldn't recommend enough!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Lovely welcome by Vivian and Peter. She had nicely explained about sightseeing activities. She will treat you as a member of the family. Accommodation is just a walking distance from Redwood Tree walk. Highly recommended. Best Regards,

Good 6.0
Pros: The service from the staff was excellent, and the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, and the dinner menu also had great options available.
Cons: We didn't enjoy the ambience of the place. It doesn't feel warm and inviting. The corridor leading to the rooms feels like a hostel, and the room we stayed in was dark with not much natural light. Plus, our bed was broken. When we mentioned this to the staff, they already knew about it. So, I'm not sure why we were booked into that room when ample other rooms were available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was beautiful, right on the lake front, very peaceful. The breakfast was yummy, we ate on the outside deck with the lake view, the service for breakfast was super friendly and fast. The room was warm and very clean and the bed was comfy. I didn't use the spa / sauna or kayaks but all of those were available to me for free. It was an easy drive or taxi to restaurants and bars as well.
Cons: I had no complaints with my stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location location
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: by the lake private
Cons: driveway
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner is so friendly. Lovely hideaway from everyone.. its smells pleasant And everything to offer from kayaks to saunas
Cons: We couldn't afford to stay in the two bedroom apartment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff we’re lovely nothing was a hassle
Cons: the view
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Amazing location. Our room opened out onto a spectacular view of Lake Rotorua in a secluded, private property. Lovely room, comfy king bed, great jacuzzi bathtub. Room was a little dark, maybe. A lamp or a light over the wardrobe area & tea making area would have been good. Found the TV hard to operate. No Sky but Netflix? Compendium needed a few instructions for use. Beautiful area for breakfast & lovely cooked food each morning. Some toast & preserves would be nice as an addition. Will definitely stay again! Overall wonderful stay & very special location!
Cons: Room a little dark? A few more lights needed. No mesh door on to the patio so had to keep our glass door closed at night due to insects. Shame as the lapping lake was idyllic! TV bit of a struggle to operate as no Sky & no real instructions?i

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Super clean, the staff must have jumped in as soon as we left. It was a beautiful area right on the lake. Fantastic view right on the doorstep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Super location right on the water. Great playground which our grand daughter loved. Comfy beds with spare bouncy pillows. I noticed a McDonalds close which may appeal to guests who enjoy takeaways. Lovely warm spa pool and swimming pool too.
Cons: There was a very old trampoline in the playground that did not look very safe with a lovely new one right next to it. How about getting rid of the old one as it spoils the look of an otherwise top quality playground. Water pressure was very low in the shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Plenty of space in 2 bedroom unit. Great for kids with playground and outdoor pool and spa. Lots of places to get food within 5 min drive. Beautiful location on the lakefront. We will be back next trip to Rotorua!
Excellent 8.0
After along day, you can e Relax in a hot tup and have a good sleep prep for the next day 😊 Only one concern is the water in the shower too slow taking for ages do shower, hope this will be improved before we
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful location and well laid out for kids and families with all rooms facing a large central area with the playground and pool etc. Rooms were fresh and clean with good equipment.
Cons: The kids play area surface could do with some new soft bark, its a bit like gravel and stone.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: Room, bathroom a bit old. Sofa need to be replaced.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Fantastic location to city and gardens, easy walking. Really nice bar/restaurant/foyer area to relax in at the end of the day. Great historical NZ building. Nice friendly staff. Very comfy bed.
Cons: Rooms were VERY noisy! Could hear far too much from the rooms next door on both sides talking, coughing, sneezing, walking, flushing toilet etc. etc.
Good 7.0
Pros: location and spa pools
Cons: rooms need updating
Okay 4.0
Pros: Our dinner on Saturday night was very good as was the staff and service. Saturday breakfast was also very nice.
Cons: On Friday evening the meal was average. My husband had his meal served after everyone else had finished. His meal had been forgotten. My grand daughter who is 26yrs of age had to go back to her room to provide evidence of her age when she ordered a beverage. That was inconvenient and ridiculous when we were a family group with parents and grandparents and in house guests. When I requested a dessert menu I was told " The kitchen is closed". Not a great impression for our first night of what was to be a celebratory weekend. My husband and I were in the Estate room. The drapes and the net curtains were torn and shabby. Family members in their rooms had empty body wash and shampoo containers in their showers. For the price you ask for your accommodation it should be value for money. All in all a very disappointing choice.
Good 7.6
We visited the hotel as a group of 4 in the two bedroom suite. We made special requests which the hotel promptly responded to but the request was not fulfilled when we arrived there but they were quick to resolve that. The downside was that the suites were in a new block next to the heritage hotel block and seemed quite musty and not looked after. Nothing like what the pictures said. Would be good to have an indication of where the room is located for people who are looking to stay in the heritage part of the hotel
Excellent 10.0
Location location. Great historic hotel, loved the story. Small room but very adequate. Make sure you try the seafood chowder - it's awesome
Excellent 10.0
Had 2 nights here, lovely spacious room, wonderful breakfast and super helpful staff. Handy to all amenities, heated pool and genteel ambiance. Very relaxing lounge area. Would stay again.
Excellent 10.0
If you are looking for a very special treat, with old world charm....this Hotel is a absolute must for you. Very grand xx
Excellent 8.4
Great location, very central & good to have some outdoor space. Rooms looking a little tired but very comfortable beds. Rooms on the first floor provide a balcony with some outdoor seating.
Excellent 8.0
Was put In a small room which was very expensive. The room had multiple holes in the walls and a broken wall socket! Tried to report the problem and after an hour waiting and man showed up and said nothing... But the other rooms looked really nice
Excellent 9.6
Love this place. Old world charm. Could even imagine I was an expat in Africa. Dinner a bit mediocre but loved everything else. Staff were fantastic.
Excellent 10.0
Always my favourite place to stay at in Rotorua.
Excellent 9.2
We stayed in a premium suite and found that it failed on the routine maintenance ie damaged curtain and wall paper curling up. Odd sized glasses no two alike. Door handles missing and one falling off. Badly repaired wall where tv removed from. They failed on the small details which was a shame. All of these things added up to disappointment and none of them would be expensive to take care of.
Mediocre 2.8
We were allocated a room WITHOUT ANY WINDOWS. Despite advising there would be no withdrawal from my credit card the full amount was taken three days before our arrival. Staff were unhelpful verging on rude. would not recommend at all.
Excellent 9.6
Modest but roomy accommodation. Central to town, Lake, Bike trail. The thing that stood out most apart from the above was the outstanding staff. Congrats to you all. Impressive people on your team.
Excellent 8.8
Lovely relaxing place to stay, spa pools excellent, and handy location
Good 6.0
The place is quite outdated. Needs to update to slightly more modern deco. Every room should have a window. It’s not healthy to show rooms with no window. It’s like a prison. I complained and the duty manager did give me another room
Okay 5.7
Cons: Room was exceptionally small.
Excellent 10.0
amazing. we stayed here for our mini moon was lovely.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was better than I expected. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We didn't get to stay in the Victorian building but our room was still great with many extras to make the stay comfortable....the beds were the best I think I have experienced in any hotel!
Cons: It was all very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were friendly and very helpful Made my arriving late much less stressful.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Great location. Excellant staff.
Cons: Parking is a problem. No AC. Bed very soft.

its bit pricy compare to other motels\facilities around.
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean and tidy room
Cons: Bathroom especially shower booth was not really good..... I wanted it separate from toilet by door. Toilet floor was wet after taking shower...
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice. Receptionists
Cons: The bath room is small The breakfast not enough selections
Excellent 9.6
Pros: This was a great hotel, in an excellent location. Close enough to walk in to the main town centre where there's plenty of options for food. Ignoring the rotten egg smell around the city, we really enjoyed our time here!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The reception area was lovely and the staff were welcoming. The beds were really nice and comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The onsite laundry facilities were really handy as well.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Before check-in I once had concerns on the quality of the hotel since the price is much lower than the average in Rotorua. But when we entered the building and room, we were impressed by the nice staff and comfortable room. There were heater and heat pump in the room, soft and comfortable bed, great location, balcony with the lake view. All in all, around 110 NZD per night is really attractive price in Rotorua.
Cons: The toliet is a little bit small. Near to the lake and lots of birds rests on the beach, it means you may wake up earlier by the birds. But it is out of hotel's control.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were exceptionally pleasant and were very very great around our young daughter. Awesome service
Cons: Walking outside to get to the pool facilities however the facilities were great. Had to really stretch out for any bad points as it was certainly a pleasure to stay there
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Clean
Cons: A bit dated
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Stayed in the new rooms, excellent!
Good 6.8
Pros: Affordable Great location
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable A/C had limited cooling

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location! Was walking distance to the lake, restaurants and playground. Our last minute requests were met without question - great spot for the family - especially with kids. The view from the Motel was great! The kids loved the pool and spas.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were helpful and polite. Lovely clean 2 bedroom apartment. Definitely returning soon.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was excellent. Most days we walked to where we wanted to go, so close to the CBD, park, lake, gardens. The rooms were very good, had everything we needed. The pools were awesome and great for the kids, lovely and warm and clean. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the cleaners do a great job. Great for families, very child friendly.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, would totally recommend it to anyone whether they are on their own or with children.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: great
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and spa pool
Excellent 9.0
Like the big glass windows in the room and the heated pools.

Good 7.0
Pros: Had breakfast elsewhere
Cons: The fact there was a motel beside under quareenteen
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was convenient. There was always lots of hot water when we showered.
Cons: The room was small; much smaller than we anticipated. We were a couple travelling with on carry-on suitcase and backpack each. There was not enough room to open the suitcases and maneuver around the room. All the fixtures in the bathroom were rusting due to no fan ventilation in the bathroom. The fruit salad for breakfast was canned fruit which I did not expect in New Zealand (not a kiwi in sight; the oranges and bananas in the fruit bowl went quickly.) On the third day we were there we did not have room service.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Very clean and tidy. Modern house (mainly) with great kitchen
Cons: Neither communal TV worked. Mel the host was awesome and very engaging. However she stays up pretty late and the fire doors and footsteps from the host accom upstairs made noise through to about 2 in the morning.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean and well appointed.
Cons: Average breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: What a cute place!! Full of heart! Highly recommend! Great great location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast, excellent location. We totally recommend it!
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Great staff! great location! walk to central is about 5 min. Close to the lake. Great B&B I checked in at 1am and they still accommodated to us.
Cons: If there one con- its the size of the room we received. Maybe we didn't have pay for a bigger room? but we barely had space to fit our luggage.

Good 6.0
Pros: was moved to Novotel Rotorua, they were awesome just had a little trouble with the air con and the rooms very hot
Cons: air con not working or being able to change the temp
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice location close to the concert
Excellent 10.0
Pros: loved everything in the room. very spacious a d our view of the lake was beautiful
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Good facilities . Access to Novotel pools.
Cons: In general, all was good. The beds were uncomfortable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was perfect size and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and bars.
Cons: There was nothing in the room or anywhere telling us about the hotel -their resturant hours or services ect.
Excellent 10.0
After one horrible night at four canoes down the street we checked out and into the Ibis. This hotel is new, clean, and absolutely wonderful. The staff were excellent. No sulfur smell in the rooms, has ac, and the softest sheets I think I’ve ever had. Right next to some excellent restaurants this hotel is worth every penny.
Okay 4.8
Location was really good but having no room service at night times disappointed me. I asked for hangers and knife but the staff asked me to go down reception to take them as all the staffs left from work........ I did not pay attention that no freeWiFi was provided when I made the reservation.
Good 7.6
Did not have a reservation and found after checking and paying the lowest available price the the online price was much less. The front desk person did not apply and was not able to make the change.
Excellent 9.2
This hotel is good locations and cleanliness.
Excellent 8.0
awesome location and v comfy. will be here again!
Excellent 8.0
The room was good but unfortunately during our visit there was a water disruption as in the water was strong with sulphur smell which made the room air uncomfortable. Of course we were discounted but it just nothing that can be avoided and made a blimp in our tour..
Good 6.2
Pros: Clean linens. Parking. Good location by the lakefront and relatively short walk to the main avenue.
Cons: Small room. Dirty bathroom floor. Billed incorrect nightly rate on checkout. Sulfur smell occasionally in the room. Fire alarm for a non fire situation at 5:00 AM - stood outside for 40 minutes to then be let in without any explanation.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was amazing. Views from fifth floor superb.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was good, park across the road was convenient for our kids and indoor pool was a bonus with our kids
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and the facilities were awesome.
Cons: The room felt a bit cramped.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Left room at 10ish got back 3.30ish room not serviced pillows for bed not good as older people we find getting into shower over bath v difficult did request separate shower but not given one thank goodness there was a rail to hold onto Found trying to use room TV fir hotel services frustrating and couldn't do it However offered free use if private pool fir a soak and we enjoyed that Meals too fishy for me but husband enjoyed hot foods from chef generally overcooked or held too long however a pleasant stay
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy access, friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom wasn’t clean. Short black hairs under the toilet seat. Appeared the bowl rim had been wiped, but they were pushed together & not wiped off
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
such a loving bunch of workers...from customer service help desk to room service...truly love my stay here and will definitely recommend others aswell.10/10
Excellent 9.2
A great location, walking distance to restaurants etc. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The small was smaller than we expected but the hot pools were great and the gym was a proper gym with weights and all the equipment, unlike other hotels who have just a cardio room. Our room was street side, and was quiet, comfortable beds and a decent size. A reasonably large modern hotel with lots of conference rooms, it was immaculately clean. Our 3 night's were quiet because of Auckland being in level 3, we would definitely recommend it and would definitely return without hesitation
Good 7.6
Nice location, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Toilet and bathroom need refurbishment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All went well, nice place to stay!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome rooms and spa.
Cons: Asked for two single beds and got one bed, which kinda sucked as had to top and tail with my friend but still a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Will enjoy again
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely as close to the lake. Staff were lovely. I commend hotels etc for making it through these Covid times and wish them well.
Cons: We usually get accomodation so we can self cater. As a treat and as they had a restaurant we didn't. Unfortunately the restauant wasn't open for breakfast or dinner Mon/Tues/Wed. This will no doubt be due to the uncertainty in these Covid times, however I think hotels need to adjust their services if this is the case. For example a toaster, a few pieces of crockery/cutlery, maybe some small packets of cereal for breakfast. Nothing too onorous on the staff.
Good 7.0
Pros: friendly staff, room clean and well presented. great location
Cons: the beds were really hard! like rocks. and the fridge was very noisy. didn’t get a good nights sleep. also a sign pointing to the side entrance would be helpful as it looks like you’re going into the laundry when heading to the rooms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, and the facilities, the room was gorgeous and comfy and the view each morning and sound of the outdoor pool.
Cons: Spa's options didn't work and was pushing out black particals. Feels like it would need a good clean every so often.
Mediocre 2.4
There was one night restaurant then mon to weds no service at all plus redoing all the rooms so stuff everywhere....skill sawa buzzing.....no quiet.....had to walk through the content of all rooms pulled outside....we left and never going back.
Good 6.0
The jacuzzi made me for this hotel...after our rainy Coromandel trip...it's relaxing to have the water facilities...
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was efficient and helpful. Room was comfortable but a little small for more than one or two people.
Cons: Trout flies were a nuisance. Not as close to center of city as I would have liked.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice enough hotel .
Cons: They have what they call a 4.5 star restaurant.... which is simply NOT true. Food was just terrible
Good 7.1
Pros: nice bathroom
Cons: away from downtown, especially in the rain

Excellent 8.0
Was a lovely place to stay. We didn't use the facilities on site, but they all looked lovely. Really comfortable room, and was an easy check in. We had our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. Lots of parking. Would recommend.
Excellent 9.6
First time staying at the Millennium in Rotorua. Really wanted to enjoy the spa but it was just too hot. The pool was lovely. The beds were really comfy as well.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, short walk into the town. Next to Polynesian Spa
Cons: Bar was closed (May 10-12)
Good 7.0
Pros: Good breakfast Need to offer pancakes fir the kids
Cons: No air con in the bar No air con in the breakfast area was over heating
Okay 5.0
Pros: Closeness to town, quiet surroundings.
Cons: Bathroom in first room deplorable. Very clean but definitely 60's finish. Broken fittings, and dangerous for 2 80 year olds. Changed rooms and 2nd room better, but did not allow shower water to drain away. Were left with very damp bathroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the room was nice and convenient for me and my family and had a really nice view. The pool was awsome for the kids and us aswell and the spa pool was beautiful and relaxing loved it all.
Cons: there was nothing for us to not like it was perfect
Good 7.0
Pros: Hotel is close to everything. Breakfast was freash & tasty & there was a good variety
Cons: Not enough parking. Had to park on the road
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location and bed very comfy
Cons: Wifi is useless, keeps dropping out, no point even bothering with it. Weird noise all night, thought it was bass from music playing at first but just kept going all evening and night, so no idea what it was. VERY ANNOYING.
Okay 5.6
Great location but very tired hotel. My second stay in a row where the desk chair has very wobbly legs & dangerous. TV's are old and you can't stream Netflix to them, even using your own account. Breakfast minimal & poor quality. Service generally poor. Bathrooms very tired. Overall very poor value for money.
Excellent 10.0
Great location, approx 10min walk to eat street! nice pool (couldn’t keep the kids out). Rooms a tad small but this is typical for hotels, 2 x comfy queen beds. Overall great stay
Good 7.2
The hotel is a great location next to Polynesian Spa and right near the city centre. Nice soft beds and ok buffet breakfast. But when we were there the heated pool under the hotel was too cold to use.
Excellent 8.0
A great place to stay. Clean, tidy, prompt service and central to our requirements
Excellent 10.0
Clean, tidy and with a lovely view from the room. Location made it easy to get to the Polynesian Spa and walk around it's surrounding area. Would stay again.
Good 6.0
Pros: Good location downtown, close to waterfront. My "lake view" room was dated, with some cracks in the doorframe and aging furniture. However, was clean and overall adequately comfortable. "Lake view" from 2nd floor simply means a view of the spa across the street, which is actually on the lake - we had no real lake view and actually paid extra for the "view". Would need a higher floor for the view. Room was not worth the price. I would recommend staying away from this hotel. 3 stars at best.
Cons: See above.
