Rooms were smaller showing age of construction. Gym was very small 4 people trying to work out was not possible. The attendant at the front desk made a good latte

Pros (+) Good location downtown, close to waterfront. My "lake view" room was dated, with some cracks in the doorframe and aging furniture. However, was clean and overall adequately comfortable. "Lake view" from 2nd floor simply means a view of the spa across the street, which is actually on the lake - we had no real lake view and actually paid extra for the "view". Would need a higher floor for the view. ...
