Very thin walls: could hear person next to us talk
The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly
We had a room that had a door that could open up to the adjoining apartment, so we could hear everything that the person in the room next to us was saying. We got woken up by the person in the room next to us at 4:30 in the morning when he talked on the phone for over a half an hour. Also, there were no elevators: so be prepared to have to carry your bags up the stairs if you get a second floor room.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were updated.

No thrills, but no problems
Felt like a $50 room, 80's decor, but paid $75 for it.
Did the job, but a little uncomfortable
Location was in a good place for us between home and destination and back.
Room was outdated, had the feel of being unclean - that could have been from the wear and tear. Couldn't figure how to change channels on the TV, and I'm a tech guy, but it wasn't worth going to ask someone. The guy at check-in was a little creepy, but there is no real foundation to that statement. I was afraid to even go look at the breakfast, just chose to eat elsewhere.
