The location is amazing! The pool was lovely and well kept. The amenities were very convenient, like having a washer/dryer in the room. I do have some complaints though. There is a substantial "cleaning fee" but be warned - our unit was not clean when we arrived, it actually had DIRTY linens balled up in a hamper in the closet. AND you have to wash your own whites, take out the trash to a dumpster, run the dishwasher, etc. as a requirement of staying here. So what does the cleaning fee cover? I'm still trying to figure that out. That was money wasted in my opinion. Units are "maintained" by individual owners, therefore, your mileage may vary greatly. We were placed in a unit with broken appliances, broken shower, broken furniture, and a completely unsafe, unusable sleeper sofa. There were no room darkening curtains and the flimsy blinds were broken, giving us zero privacy and making it difficult to sleep comfortably. If you check in after office hours (inevitable for us due to a flight delay) you won't be able to address these "non-urgent" problems until the following business day. "Management" will promptly blame the condo unit's owner and will not take any responsibility for your inconvenience. We were blamed for "choosing the cheapest unit" as the reason for receiving a dirty unit with appliances and a sleeping space that could not be used. When we secured this booking there was no map detailing which units were the nicest or worst in relationship to the prices. And whether it's "cheap" or not, it was supposed to include certain items such as a sleeper sofa, microwave, shower, etc. and that part of the agreement was not fulfilled. Bottom line: the sign out front says "Luxury Condo Hotel" and this is not true. It is not a hotel. There is nothing luxury about it.
Lack of cleanliness and upkeep, poor customer service, broken appliances, beds as not described and not functional, unpredictable quality of units, additional fee for the cleaning service, even though there are several requirements for the customer to do the cleaning.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beach access was wonderful and so was the pool area. We had a great time.
There was a problem with the hot water in both showers. Water only luke warm. Hot water was fine in the sink faucets just not hot enough in the showers. We didn't mention it during our stay but let the office know when we left. I didn't mind much because it was nice to cool off a little after being out at the beach all day.

Value, beachfront, bed was great, that from a person with a bad back. Bathrooms are in need of updating but still very usable. I would stay here again.
No restaurant on property. No even drinks and snacks. Bathrooms were addressed previously.
