We found roaches on the bed. TV did not work. No internet. Shower had no pressure. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. Pros (+) Gina, one of the employees at the front desk who tried to make things right. Of course, that is an impossible task for anyone.
Cons (-) Rooms smelling like an industrial ashtray. People yelling, runing and shouting till 3.30AM. Drunk people on the stairs and the pool. Kids smoking bongs in a room next to the pool with the door open while I walked by with my 3 Y.O. daughter. Maybe it's a place to get wasted during spring brake but definitely IT IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. DIRTY, SMELLY, NOISY, UNSAFE.
