The hotel is in an ideal location among restaurants, shopping, endless beaches, and everything Pinellas County has to offer, including Madeira Beach, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, Indian Shore, and St. Pete Beach. Downtown St. Petersburg is just a short drive, but nearby Beach Drive offers excellent shopping and dining as well. Tropicana Field, The Tides Golf Club, and Florida Holocaust Museum are also nearby. Corporate guests staying at the hotel find themselves within minutes of many world-class businesses including ValPak, Northside Hospital, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, DDP, Freedom Scientific, and Great Bay Distributors.

The great amenities at the hotel include an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool and a 24-hour fitness center. The front desk clerk, Miranda, was very friendly and took the time to speak with the customers. There was another gentleman I spoke with as well. The first time I saw him, he was in "jogging attire". Pros (+) Great location, very clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful when we needed late check out. Breakfast was very good as well. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, patient with our special requests (2 last minute pets, late checkout).
