Pros (+) We got a free room upgrade. We thought we could hear a puppy whimpering next too us, turns out it was a couple being really loud having sex. Needless to say we just mentioned to the attendant the noise and he gave us a better room. Great customer service, kind experience from all staff, and a great location
Cons (-) Have oatmeal as an option for free breakfast?? Certainly it’s cheaper than a full meal of eggs, beacon, pancakes etc...
Pros (+) The best thing was the front desk worker Paige who assisted me check in. She was kind, personable, and extremely helpful.
Cons (-) The rug in the room had animal fur all over in it and bits of food. The shower was dingy and full of hairs. There was no sheer curtains in the room so I was stuck with the curtains closed the whole time. The room clearly had been “updated” recently but it seemed to be half hazardously done and corners cut.
Pros (+) Such a cute hotel. Loved the staff. Food hours and quality were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!
