Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found the rooms to be generally comfortable and clean. However, several reviews noted issues with parking fees, lack of included breakfast, and occasional problems with service and amenities such as air conditioning, room maintenance, and communication with staff. While some guests appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the onsite restaurant, others experienced inconsistent service and maintenance concerns. Overall, the location and comfort were highlights, but improvements are needed in amenities and service consistency.

Wonderful

The Radisson has been a bit remodeled, and is in great proximity to the Salt Palace, Delta Center, and other downtown areas. The onsite restaurant is pretty good as well, and we even eat there before Jazz/Mammoth games when we go. The room was comfortable, and clean, water pressure and bed were also good, there is plenty of parking though it is a bit expensive at $30 a night.

Terrible management. The entire lobby was taken over by kids, including the bar and restaurant. We will never go there again complain to the staff who did nothing about it.

Pros (+) The complimentary water in the fridge
Cons (-) The fact that the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. I expect to get what I see, which I didn’t, the room looked dated, I hate how they give you a shitty room for the price you pay. Could go to a crystal inn for a nicer room.

Pros (+) This was a nice hotel with a great location to all things downtown. The staff was exceptionally nice.
Cons (-) You will never stop finding annoyances at this place. Everything seems to be held together with duct tape and bubble gum.

Amber, Mar 2017
Pros (+) Love the location, very close to Salt Palace. The pool area was also nice.
Cons (-) Not worth the price for anything other than location. Bathroom was pretty dirty, the room was nothing special. Our mini fridge was leaking when we checked in and the floor was wet. They sent a new one right up which was great. I wish the floor elevators went straight to the parking garage. It was mediocre for my expectation of a 4 star hotel.
