Pros:I was able to get my laundry done and the staff was accommodating to my needs... extra towel, change for the washer/dryer.
Cons:Breakfast...nothing hot other than the pancake machine and coffee.

Pros:I went to the lobby to work on my laptop. A man asked where the front attendant was. He had been waiting there 20 minutes waiting to check in. He continued to wait, while I was working, for another 20 minutes. No one. I tried to help him by looking around. No one. Called hotel number and pager number on card in lobby. Nothing. I found the BW customer service number for him and he called. He explained he has been waiting for 60 minutes now (I also got on to verify because they didn't seem to believe him). They opened a "case" and said they couldn't reach the manager or anyone there. After an 90 minutes, two young ladies come from the hotel and instead of apologizing, they gave him a hard time (because he was obviously upset). Unbelievable. The next day I asked the front desk if the manager (who wasn't there) could give me a call. Nothing. I fear for the customers who stay here. Some of the employees have zero respect for their customers, for their management, or the reputation of BW. That individual deserved better.

Pros:Pillows were comfortable
Cons:Restroom was not sanitized nor clean. Found many hairs and sink was dirty as well. Sofa bed had bugs (not bed bugs) and room was a bit roughed up. Overpriced for what it really is.

Pros:No need for a car. Were able to walk to all sites downtown and areas south of downtown. So convenient, comfortable, and nice breakfast.

Pros:For the low price it was very good!!! The breakfast was about average but the room had a big bed and a puli out coach. Staff was extremely friendly abdomen helpful. If I ever return to San Antonio I will be staying here again!!

Pros:Don't think that because of the great rates you're not getting a quality place because you are. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying three. Unmatched service alone guarantees we'll be coming back. Not one time in our 3 night stay did we find a single flaw in the room, property or staff. The location is strategic as it is close to the awesome Riverwalk and also to most freeway on ramps. From the minute we checked in, we were offered suggestions on where to go, eat, coupons, and maps. We interacted with all of the staff, including the General Manager, day and night, and all we're professional and helpful. We are not just recommending it, we are coming back.
