Pros (+) I was able to get my laundry done and the staff was accommodating to my needs... extra towel, change for the washer/dryer.
Cons (-) Breakfast...nothing hot other than the pancake machine and coffee.

Pros (+) I went to the lobby to work on my laptop. A man asked where the front attendant was. He had been waiting there 20 minutes waiting to check in. He continued to wait, while I was working, for another 20...
Cons (-) I fear for the customers who stay here. Some of the employees have zero respect for their customers, for their management, or the reputation of BW. That individual deserved better.

Pros (+) Pillows were comfortable
Cons (-) Restroom was not sanitized nor clean. Found many hairs and sink was dirty as well. Sofa bed had bugs (not bed bugs) and room was a bit roughed up. Overpriced for what it really is.
