Pros (+) The breakfast was pretty good. The only positive thing to say. The shower had good power and hot water.
Cons (-) The heated pool was too cold to enjoy or use at all, which is a fun activity at Bariloche hotels. Their wifi was terrible in the rooms. Their blankets were too scarce and thin for such a cold place, and the heating in the room was barely felt, it was cold to stay and sleep in their rooms. Pros (+) Excellent location. Extensive breakfast included. Lovely indoor/outdoor infinity pool, sauna, workout room. In room hot tub. Artistic mountain lodge décor. Very helpful, pleasant, multi-lingual staff. Great, reasonably priced dinning experience. Very quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped property.
Cons (-) In our room the shower floor did not drain properly.
