Horrible, dirty, everything is broken
There is nothing good to talk about
Looks scary, broken elevator, broken door lock, broken everything, people going around here and there in midnight. It is dirty like an abandon place.
Great location but cockroaches on rooms
The location was great and view was nice. Located right next to the harbor and surrounded by amenities.
Bugs and cockroaches in room
Trying to be a good hotel
The staff was very friendly.
The hotel room was dirty, the toilet clogged easily, the elevator smelled like poop, the parking was extremely limited because the owner has a defunct chauffeur business with limousines that occupy eight of the available stalls, etc.
Not a secure feeling place
It was close to our vacation destinations. Friendly staff members
The place didn't feel secure. Underground parking garage was not only flooded our whole stay but the pipes were also leaking. The whole hotel smelled really bad like a dirty wet rag. The restrooms were old and dingy
only if you cant stay elsewere
Last minute reservation came down for my daughter to have her baby room was old and filthy thank goodness spent
Get what you pay for...
Price per night reflected appropriately to hotel. Convenient to airport. Bed was comfortable.
Our AC did not work, room was VERY stuffy. Windows are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING outside.
It was a good value for the cost. The location is good, the bedding was comfortable and clean. Wifi was sporadic. Very basic hotel that could use some updating but served our purposes well.
Roaches Unfriendly staff Not enough do no disturb signs for every room Asked housekeeping to not clean while we stayed and they were in our room everyday Pillows way too small Continental breakfast was toast and stale pastries on the weekend, and coffee only during the week Carpet old and gross
Has potential but didn't reach it.
I liked the workers, liked the discount coupon for san diego zoo
No wifi, no parking, couldn't check in until 5?, I can tell people just party in these rooms. My room had things left over under the bed and a bag over the smoke detector.
Convenient to Airport and a good value
Basic room, no (bad) surprises. Good Value. Convenient to Airport.
Water running in tub… wouldn't turn off completely.
Just Sad Really
The Room itself wasn't disgusting, that's about it
The view, the employees who can not do jack when it comes to problems with the room, showering in the dark , you guys spend a little more an save yourself some disappointment it won't hurt to spend as much as to stay here.
I really enjoyed the hotel room. Great value for the money. I thought the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The clerk was very nice. She even gave up her parking spot because my car wouldn't fit in the garage. I would definitely stay there again.
The bathroom could use a good scrubbing and some maintenance. Also, the second elevator was out of order, which created long wait time with a big tour group that was leaving at the same time.
The room was very big, the bathroom had a bath tube. Wifi available in the rooms.
A bit isolated, not directly on a main bus line. There is a commputer with internet and printer in the lobby: one needs to pay for it and the rate is quite high.
The front office person was fabulous and very helpful.
There was significant confusion regarding the airport shuttle.
Seemed to be a lot of partying going on in the parking lot, and, questionable 'ladies' with different men throughout the evening. I observed major overbooking issues with other guests.
I liked that it was close to Seaworld and the ocean.
The room had bed bugs which I ended up bringing back in my luggage. The hotel said they did not have our reservation when we arrived. Also there is a bar/club that plays loud music till 1am. The guests from the bar took all garage parking too.
It was inexpensive and close to the beach, bay and several area attractions. The heated pool and hot tub were good after a long day. Although you could tell it is an older building, the sheets/towels/bathroom all seemed clean.
We were on the 4th floor and could hear the blaring music from the nightclub pounding until 1:30am. The elevators also sounded like a roller coaster all night long. There were no overhead lights and it took a while to get light in the room.
Proximity to airport. Friendliness of staff. Shuttle service and directions when calling.
the staff member's were so polite and helpful
can't think of a single thing
The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful
The underground parking was a bit uncomfortable and the additional costs as a guest was a surprise. The additional day cost more.
Excellent Front Desk staff, very convienent location, very good indoor parking facility/Very Good onsite Microneasian restaurant (Teif's)
Swimming pool small/dirty, Ice machines inadequate/sometimes inoperative/part of bathroom needs cosmetic updating.
great view of the downtown skyline
