I loved the location. Right next to all major places for the best price possible. No one messed with me or my family.
There are a lot of late night comings and goings. Police rolled through twice and stayed once to solve a loud domestic issue. There was also a loud domestic issue that went on for thirty minutes with no resolve. Lock everything up at night.
It’s a dive, cheap room close to the airport!
Proximity to the airport
Mostly the other drunk guests arguing at 2:00 in the morning. The creepy dude hanging by the office/vending machines.
Not at all enjoyable
Location to freeways and attractions
No hot water; tub had no working stopper; "no smoking" room had bed comforter that stank of stale tobacco; free wifi wasn't; accepted handicapped wanting 1st floor room and assigned me 2nd floor with no ramp or elevator I could use; front desk never answered my calls from my room; very near a train track with loud horn sometimes past midnight.
very noisy location (cars and trains all the time)
The staff was very nice
Everything else was awful from the non-smoking room that wreaked like cigarettes to the train tracks next to the Motel to the transients sleeping on the grass in front of the check-in area
The staff is rood
The door locked. The hot tub was pretty good. I was never in danger, even though I felt nervous that I could have been.
THE STAFF WERE SO RUDE. So rude. I am a fairly kind and patient person, but i just couldn't. When I first walked into the room the lady rolled her eyes at me and then asked how she could help me..., oh I am so sorry to inconvienece you by having you do your job. I asked to check in, she said she didn't have any rooms available and to come back at 3. I did. The lady told me to wait 30 min because the computers were down. So I went back to my car to wait. And 10 minutes after I had been waiting she came outside and laughed at me, and then told me the computers were up and that "they could've checked you in by now." Well thank you, sorry my telepathy wasn't working and I did not know. The room was dirty but I was expecting that because of the price. Ants everywhere. No bed bugs but I have read reviews that other rooms have them. Lots of creeps staying here, and the police were there the whole time, which gave me the feeling that not a lot of legal things happen here. I would recommend this place if you are an adult or adults looking for a cheap place to sleep at night. I definitely would not recommend bringing kids, and I would not come expecting good customer service.
Had a good time
The quietness n the location
The staff was rude n the room smelled really bad
The room smelled like smoke and urine. ended up stinking up all of our clothes and luggage.
The staff was really rude
Not the best but good enough if you don't want to
This motel isn't in the best location, because it's right under the freeway overpass and right next to the train. But I'm not gonna lie this motel was so clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. And if you don't want to spend so much on a nicer motel I recommend you just stay here.
Mike at front desk was awesome
carpet was sopping wet had to stuff on floor so our wouldn't get wet
Staff was rude/acted as if we were putting them out. Neighborhood is surrounded by homeless people living on the street unless you drive a smart car or motorcycle parking is joke. Nothing like to pictures.
