Location and easy access to everything
I LOVE that Parc 55 is pet friendly! We brought along our German Shepherd and they were more than welcoming. The hotel was the PERFECT location for Pride. We were feet away from the parade route and also were able to see the parade from our room. The pool was “amazing” (to quote my 13yo son). Parc 55 made this weekend a perfect weekend getaway for my son, pup, and I.
Typical Conference Hotel
Clean, modern, good location 4-minute walk from Powell BART station, some good restaurants and shopping.
Like many big-city hotels, the air inside is extremely dry, especially in the winter. Can't open windows. Makes sleep especially difficult. Very difficult to control temperature in the room, which gets hot at night, but turning the heat down turns on very noisy, I mean LOUD, air conditioning.
Nearby Union Square, Market Street, Westfield Mall, Biscuit & Blues, SF Playhouse ... great for walking.
Maid service takes the towels every day versus reuse ...
Shower and bed were good.
Lack of in room amenities and mediocre dining options.

CONVENIENT & COMFORTABLE
Convenient to BART's Powell Street station and to the cable cars at Powell & Market.
Breakfast option was expensive so I found alternatives in the general area.
You buffet is good for the American but your Chinese options are not too good
Hilton Honors perks made a good place great - $10 to upgrade to full breakfast and a suite. Good facilities, helpful staff
Noises and not accomadating
Very nice rooms
The club in the hotel across the street is open until 3:00 The noise from the club and street noise makes it impossible to sleep. We got to the hotel at 11:30. Room was not ready but the man at the desk said he would text is when it would be ready. Never happened. We got on our room at 3:30. Charge for wifi
Great location! Clean and modern room. Mattress was comfortable and the view was great! The elevators were very efficient too.
The "hot" breakfast bar that was included was just pastries, fruit, heat n' serve cups of oatmeal, yogart, coffee and juice. When they said "hot" I think of eggs, breakfast meats and toast or pancakes. They should not reference their breakfast bar as a "hot" breakfast bar. The staff gave us the wrong directions a few times, just save your breath and time and just google it!
Convenient location, clean room with a comfortable bed.
We loved the 23rd floor and the view from our room. We could see the parade and crowds from above instead of joining in on the giants parade. We also felt the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with relatively little street noise.
We were not happy with the additional 120.00 U.S. added to our bill. According to Booking.com, we were quoted 798.00 for the 4 nights. On our print out, it stated "total costs" 798.00. Nowhere did it state that there would be an additional 120 added. We would never use your website again.
The staff at the Hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially your front desk reservation clerck and the bell desk.
Good location and good nice hotel
Its in a great location downtown.
Great location, accommodation comfortable, staff helpful and professional
The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Received a free upgrade to a suite without even asking which really made our trip! I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues!
We only had a short stay - stopover of 2 days as we were on route to Canada. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel. Hotel staff excellent. Room was perfect - high floor with views and the bestest 2 x Queens - very very comfortable
Not a thing - was just perfect and I would stay again, actually I would go out of my way to stay there again
location was very good. people were very friendly
Good location, friendly staff
