First, the hotel is old and located near the tenderloin. Second, the room they initially gave us smelled like a mixture of vomit and cleaning products. Seemed like they tried to mask the vomit smell. Literally across the street from the BART station & a block away from Cable Cars to Fisherman’s Wharff. Easy to get anywhere. Super friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very clean & quiet. Great hotel. Would stay again.

We selected it because it included parking but at arrival they said that it did not and the parking lot was full so the check in agent sent us to another parking lot that was two blocks away. Parc 55 is closed down due to covid! This website does not let you know that!. We parked at the hilton across the street, and when we asked about parc 55 they told us that those bookings were being sent there! It was a hassle with booking on this site!
