This place could really use some interior renovations, the rooms are quite dull and the hallways are a bit glum. No self parking available. While check-in the receptionist was v rude.
We selected it because it included parking but at arrival they said that it did not and the parking lot was full so the check in agent sent us to another parking lot that was two blocks away. Then when were able to park at the hotel, we had to pay an additional 80 dollars for parking. There were other guest who were also unable to park at hotel. Parc 55 is closed down due to covid! This website does not let you know that!. We parked at the hilton across the street, and when we asked about parc 55 they told us that those bookings were being sent there! It was a hassle with booking on this site!

Pros (+) Location and easy access to everything
Pros (+) I LOVE that Parc 55 is pet friendly! We brought along our German Shepherd and they were more than welcoming. The hotel was the PERFECT location for Pride. We were feet away from the parade route and also were able to see the parade from our room. The pool was “amazing” (to quote my 13yo son). Parc 55 made this weekend a perfect weekend getaway for my son, pup, and I.

Cons (-) Like many big-city hotels, the air inside is extremely dry, especially in the winter. Can't open windows. Makes sleep especially difficult. Very difficult to control temperature in the room, which gets hot at night, but turning the heat down turns on very noisy, I mean LOUD, air conditioning.
