Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and the beach. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff, inconsistent room cleaning, and problems with amenities such as towels and breakfast. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of mold and stained linens. Some found the beds uncomfortable and rooms small. Despite these drawbacks, a few guests appreciated the modern style, helpful staff, and good value for money.
