Don't be fooled by the Hyatt name. This is just a glorified motel.

Location good. Staff pleasant. Some else's hair in the bathroom. Last guest's used soap in the shower. Room smelled like damp gym towels mixed with used baby diapers. No way to open windows - you're sealed in like a coffin. HVAC will only operate on heat or cold. No "fan" setting. Asked for ionizer the next day while I was away from the room, never happened.
