Pros (+) It was clear they are actively working on improving the property. The staff was nice and compared to othe hotels in the area the pricing was good.
Cons (-) When we did our pre check in we were told we were being given a free room upgrade. However when we got there they said the were unable to honor that upgrade. I would suggest not offering things you can not provide.

Pros (+) The bed was the BEST I've slept on!! SO soft!
Cons (-) There was a plastic bag (?) outside next to the trash bin. No big deal but hard to miss.
