Pros (+) Tammy helped me on the morning of September 3 to figure out how to print out a very important document. She stuck with me until it was successfully printed out. In addition to that situation, I found Tammy to be very receptive, helpful, and professional. I hope you will shared my feedback with her.
Cons (-) I returned to the hotel on the evening of September 3 to find that my room key would not work. When I went to the front desk, as staff person named Michael, I believe told me that I had only had a reservation for one night. All my belongings had been removed from my room. This was a shock. He was incredibly rude. Finally, he said I had to show him proof that I had a reservation, and I was able to ...
