Pros (+) The staff was very professional. After seeing the room was definitely not up to my standards, I asked the front desk clerk for a refund and he was very polite and helpful.
Cons (-) The place looks like it was last renovated 40 years ago. This is NOT 4-star accommodations. 2-star at best. A Best Western has miles on this place.
