Pros. Great location, right in the middle of the historic district. Clean. Very comfortable bed for me but my wife said it was too high and difficult to climb in.
Cons. There is no place comfortable to sit in the room. There are two high chairs and a small round table. You can sit on the high chair (not comfortable) or on the bed---but not suitable for more than a few minutes.
