Couldnt get into room until over an hour after checkin time. Room smelled of bleach so badly that we had to prop the door open with the ironing board to attempt to air it out. Found long black hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom. Etc etc
This is NOT a 4 star hotel! Go in with the lens that this is a 3 star at best! The rooms are extremely small, were stains on the carpets, ice machines not working on our floor, mandatory use of valet at $45 per night, I had 3 vehicles with me. I asked if I could check out after the first night and was told my stay was not refundable, I told them that I felt that I was deceived with false advertising and they still would not let me out of my 2 rooms that I rented for 4 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
