Pros (+) Hotel offered to move my reservation out a week because of hurricane Irma with no Change fees.
Cons (-) During the chaos of hurricane Irma I was billed three times for the same stay. By the time I checked out on September 17th, everything was fixed to my satisfaction on my credit card.
