Relaxing prelude to flight next morning
Room, transportation to and from restaurant for dinner and enjoyable hot breakfast in the morning. Also very pleasant staff.
Nothing not to like
Breakfast & staff
1. Dirty floors 2. Dirty walls 3. Dirty Shower (pubic hair) 4. Noisy Upstairs Guest 5. Chair is torn 6. Dusty 7. Stench/ Oder in hallway
Convenient location. You'll have a plethora of restaurants and stores to visit when you're there. There's free breakfast and WiFi too.
My only complaint is the giant cobweb hanging from the ceiling of my room...but other than that everything else was fine.
The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful.
The walls are very thin. It is too easy to hear conversations and the TV in the next room.
It was OK
Affordable Close to lots of shops and restaurants Close to the highway Breakfast was good but not a lot of sitting room for weekenders. Beds slept well.
Not as clean as I would have liked. We found mold in the AC unit. They did give us 10% off because of it. They do not do the little things to keep the hotel clean. Elevators were small.
Glad that it was indoors
Didn't like how it smelt like pee and after I got out and showered my skin was really dry but other that that the stay was great
It's the little things they are overlooking
The location was very good
The bathroom had water damage from the floor above, the breakfast offering was poor.
The bed was not properly seated on the bed frame. Had to remove the mattress and box spring to fix it. Shouldn't have to do that. During the breakfast peak, they need one more person to stay on top of demand.
Excellent customer service, very friendly/helpful front desk staff.
Rooms could be a bit cleaner. More attention to detail needed.
