The landlady was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely starting with fruit and cereal with fresh orange juice followed by a full English breakfast made to order. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Room was small but very cosey warm and comfortable. Lovely place to stay great location and local shop only 2 mins away with local chippy which is excellent . This is are second stay here and have booked 2 more dates for next year outstanding guest house for the price
