Nice room, good location. Quick services and friendly supportive staff. 'Go green' option to receive reward for skipping room service.
Rooms and food on the pricey edge, albeit similar to comparable hotels in Seattle.
super nice and very friendly staff !
no regular parking and pool is closed early
Excellent Customer Service
I checked in early and got a room with a view. It was convenient that the Sheraton offered luggage storage for the comic con.
I’m allergic to down feathers so I requested down alternative blankets. I received two thin blankets promptly which was great, however I felt they could have been thicker blankets as I was a bit chilled.
Very good location in the heart of Seattle. Hotel was being renovated, but our room was lovely.
very good location for walking to the ocean or the market
location. walking distance to the water, the market and the tram.liked the green program that gave food or points for not using maid service.
water pressure could be better. no free hbo
Great value for location
We were able to easily access the hotel from the airport via mass transit with all our luggage. The staff were quick and efficient and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Amaxing staff and rooms
The staff made sure we were accommodated during our stay, they even welcomed our small dog with no added cost. We were having issues with our home and needed to stay in a hotel local. I'm so glad the Sheraton is where we picked.
Conceiger was unhelpful. She had zero interest in assisting.

Was under the impression I could self-park my car.... Had to pay the exhorbitantly priced valet parking for my stay. $43.00 a day. Really?!
