Pros (+) I like that they provide a shuttle to sight see and they have free items that are easily forgotten like toothpaste. The rooms were kept clean and the cleaning and room service staff were extremely fri...
Cons (-) I didn't appreciate all of the front desk staff. There was one or two that I felt were friendly and customer service oriented, others seemed less willing to assist.
