The bed, pillows and linens were great. The room was a good size and had a good atmosphere. The view and the location were also very nice. The lobby was clean and inviting.
The hallway gets noisy and I agree, when the hotel is empty it would be nice to not have neighbors especially when the pipes are so loud.
One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a 15 min wait to get downstairs. It was also a 15 minute wait to get checked in because there were only 2 people working at the desk. Not what I would expect from a Westin
Room, view, excellent staff and service
More resturants, better gym, esp. for the money, I can get Airfare and sleep @ the Bellagio for the same amount for one night @ the Westin. I know its Las Vegas, but make the experince a little better
Best location
Located downtown, Westin Seattle is a short walk to the Pike Place Market and less than 2 blocks to the Monorail station where you can hop on for a 2 min ride to the Seattle Center (Space Needle). The hotel concierge was very helpful in our 2 day city exploration. There are many restaurants within a 2 block radius. You are supplied 2 free bottles of drinking water daily.
Food is a bit more expensive and breakfast buffet has limited choices.
Excellect
Room was very clean, spacious, beautiful view and super comfortable. The location was perfect as we walked everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Didn't like the fact that parking was not included in the price, you had to pay $48 per day. So we decided not to rent a car, and just use Uber which ended saving us money.
Disappointing Guest Experience
Traveling on business and the Westin Seattle was our conference hotel with a good location. Everything was going great until the checkout experience. Too bad this was my lasting impression. The property is am expensive standard business hotel that could be luxury with am upscale change in cistomer experience
This is an expensive standard hotel. There is nothing plush or above the standard to warrant a non conference rate of $400 a night. The Concierge person, Louise, is rude and has an attitude. I asked a simple question about the location of the bell stand and in a very rude manner she replied, "it's at the luggage assistace desk and gestured behind me. When I told her clearly I hadn't seen it, she double downed and said, "that"s what they're there for!" in a condescending tone. The other guests were made uncomfortable to witness her poor and substandard customer service. I am also sending correspondence to hq.
Always great service
King size bed, super comfy!
Hotel parking is to expensive
Decent. Better if pool was open and check in was faster.
Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean room. Liked the circular towers and proximity to the waterfront and Seattle Center.
No useable fridge in room - had to request an extra since the one in the room was full of over priced mini bar items. Slow check in, pool was closed for remodeling.
Great downtown location
Close to monorail

Nice Staff
The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The valet men were quick at getting our vehicle ready. Room service was also quicker than expected.
One of the staff members got us excited about our view. She said it was her favourite room and you can see the Ferris wheel. Once we got in the room the view was nothing special and there was no Ferris wheel in sight at all.
amazing service
the price
Noisy, not enough staff, information on website unclear
The view is nice and close to everything downtown. Not a bad walk to the stadium - we were there for an event. Easy to catch a taxi.
At busy check-in hours they did not have all the desk staff available and there were long lines for check-in. Took about 30 min to get through the line. There were many young drunk 20 year olds in the hotel that night. They stood outside our room talking at 1am until I asked them to please go in there room. They then spent the last couple hours being loud and running down the hall banging on everyone's doors until I finally called security at around 3:30am. This is not what I would expect from a high end hotel with the amount of money they charge. At check-in we wanted to self-park (not worth the $25 more per night for valet. The gate for self-park was closed with a sign to go to the main entrance location (this causes a 6 block detour with the one-way streets). When we returned the valets told us that self-parking was not being allowed due to an event (which we were there for). So they were only allowing valet (to rip us off another $25/night). We were then told we had to go another 6 blocks detour to the only self-parking option if we did not want to allow them to park our car. I would have been fine with the location we parked at if it had been clear. The process made it clear that they made it super difficult so that everyone would just do the valet parking. Once you get in line to check in you have no way out due to the valet only. The hotel also charges very high prices for wi-fi per day. I would expect for a hotel that hosts events and such would allow free internet access or at least a decent price. For a slower speed for download up/down than I get at home they wanted $29/day. I would not stay here again and would say that it is not equal to a 4 star hotel. It felt as if they were not staffed appropriately and felt ripped off at every turn.
