8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - close to the Disneyland, Kitchenette included in room, Direct shuttle bus to and from the park
Cons: the pillows were flat, rooms are only cleaned once a week
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to both the parks and Val deurope centrt
Cons: N/a
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a great option when wanting to go to Disneyland Paris. It is inexpensive and it is in a nice area with a mall and restaurants within close walking distance. They offer free passes for the bus that goes to and from Disney. There is a nice kitchenette in the room, which is nice for families since Disney food is so expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast does not have many options and is very expensive (14 Euro per person). It has a few types of cold meats, cheeses, breads, and yogurt. There are raw eggs which can be boiled on your own, but no cooked items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, etc. I would not pay for this when staying here.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Unprofessional
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Apartment style room & fold out couch bed, but still quite comfortable. Buses to Disneyland Paris are intermittent during the winter. Wonderfully clean!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely hotel with a large swimming pool, comfortable rooms and good breakfast spread. The staff were lovely and spoke English well. There’s a free shuttle to Disneyland which is less than 5 minutes drive away!
4.5 Okay
Pros: + Location: Nice town. Walking distance (2 mins) from the excellent Val D'Europe shopping center. + Disneyland shuttle (part of Disneyland partners hotels) + Staff tried to be helpful
Cons: - Check-in took two hours (queue of 3 before me...) and I didn't get the room I've booked. - Hotel was overbooked and while booked and prepaid my reservation, the room was not available for one of the two nights - had to go to a different hotel.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing apart from the reception staff
Cons: The rooms were filthy, first room had a horrible smell so the receptionist changed the room, we booked this hotel because we was visiting disneyland however we was informed when we arrived at 11.30pm that is was shut down due to the coronivirus both my children was in tears however when we checked out sophie the receptionist said we can have the 2 nights postponed to a later date when Disneyland is back open but I wasnt happy with the hotel room. So I would prefer not to stay there again however I can not afford to lose the money on this hotel to rebook another for when Disneyland is back open but the location it perfect.
9.6 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to the park Big apartment space Clean and tidy lobby Friendly staff
Cons: The double bed could have been more comfy, had to sleep on the sofa bed but that could just be me preferring a softer mattress
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were clean and comfortable
Cons: Yes the location of our room and the room could do with a bit of paint however for value could not be beaten
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Could be cleaner with more pillows
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Overall it was alright. It needs updating really, carpets, cupboards, bathrooms and the room's main door as old and very worn out. The location was perfect. It was a good experience and I would choose it again. You get what you pay for.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable.
Cons: There was mold on the wall.
7.0 Good
Cons: No cot in the room on arrival, asked the reception and they gave me one.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the shopping centre & free shuttle to Disneyland. Very comfortable beds & pillows.
Cons: The communal areas need updating. The reception is very modern but the stairs & hallways are a big disappointment in comparison. But we still had a great night & would book again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms with kitchen and great breakfast, a 5 mins taxi ride to Disney and right next door to shopping centre. Definitely recommended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing stay at sejours and i'm so glad I picked this hotel. My girlfriend stayed for 4 nights to go to Disneyworld, and we had a great time. the hotel is very close to the train station, shopping centres and restaurants (basically everything you need), and it only takes 5 minutes to arrive at Disney. Because it was my gridlfriend's birthday, the staff actually upgraded us to a bigger room (unprompted!), which was just incredibly nice! The room itself is great as well. Very clean with a living room (couch, tv, cupboard, table + chairs and a full-body mirror, a kitchenette a little seperated from the living room (has everything, from plates, cutlery, microwave to pots, cleaning utensils etc). The bathroom has a bathtub with nice water pressure and the beds in the bedroom are comfortable! since it was cold and rainy we didnt make use of it, but the room also comes with a huge balcony that is surely nice to use once its a bit warmer/sunnier. The breakfast is great price for money as well and you get croissants, chocolate buns, baguette, toast and musli together with various spreads, ham, cheese etc. The staff is also very nice and they printed out my train ticket for me, no problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Whole stay
Cons: N/a
7.0 Good
Pros: Simple hotel, Meet requirement and satisfied facilities
Cons: No services after 8 Pm
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Val d'Europe shopping mall is just around the corner (literally); rooms are good and beds are nice. Kitchenware is very complete as well. Val d'Europe RER (train) station is no more than 5 min walking, which makes the apartment very convenient for Disneyland Paris (one stop away). Although Paris may also be reached by train, it is too far in my opinion (expect to spend at least ~35 min, so I would not recommended it if main purpose of trip is Paris). Front desk personnel can store your luggage for free after check-out.
Cons: No daily housekeeping; breakfast available, but not included in rate (overpriced in my opinion); not convenient for Paris (too far).
4.0 Okay
Pros: The situation vs Disney Close to restaurant and mall Easy parking in the street
Cons: Cheap Poor Smell bad Room close to military Not a good place
5.4 Okay
Pros: Only location
Cons: Late check in was awful.. regestiration screen didn’t work properly.. they didn’t clean the room while our stay for 3 days .. the cabinet was in a very bad condition .. one 10 ml bottle of shampoo for 4 persons .. the breakfast was not bad but you must ask for everything.. no water in coffee machine .. you must wait until she put water in it .. to put juice in juice machine..

5.4 Okay
Pros: We stay in 5 star hotels all over the world and the Disneyland Hotel is on a lower level than other 5 star hotels. However, We have positive feedback as follows: 1/ The staff were generally all very friendly and helpful 2/ The hotel is Perfectly located to just walk into the park
Cons: We stay in 5 star hotels all over the world and the Disneyland Hotel is on a lower level than other 5 star hotels. As such, We have negative feedback as follows: 1/ In our opinion The hotel is More akin to 3 maybe 4 star on a good day. The room absolutely stank of dirt with musky undertones. This seemed to smell worse immediately after the cleaners had visited. We stayed for 5 nights and had to keep the windows open at all times in the middle of winter. We used the air heating/cooling system but this smelt dirty also. 2/ The general cleanliness was below what one would expect. Black Dirt and grime in the majority of all the white grout lines between the bathroom tiles and dust/dirt in the corners of the carpets. Layers of dirt and dust sat ontop of the (unconcealed) chrome pipework beneath the basins. Under the beds have not been vacuumed in a long while. 3/ The mattresses were absolutely rock solid, like sleeping on a pavement for a week, and the duvets were thin summer tog no good for winter use. 4/ In general the level of cleanliness is below standard and needs improvement. 5/ There seemed a lack of communication between different staff and poor organisation. We had to call from our room and ask for milk replenishment more than once (as we had not been left any by housekeeping) as the message had not been passed over/actioned the first time. Upon departure We asked concierge for our luggage to be left at the main entrance as we had to leave at 3pm . When our driver arrived on time our luggage was not present. We had to sit in the car and wait 20 minutes for our luggage to arrive to the car. The whole time 5 of the bellboys were congregated around the entrance all chatting away to each other in French which seemed rather unprofessional. We had to ask twice where our luggage was and both times we were advised it was on its way but no apology for delaying us.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was amazing
Cons: Food was so expensive and very overpriced for the quality. Very dated and some staff rude.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and really beautiful foyers, bars and restaurants.
Cons: The room itself isn't anything particularly special, the cost is definitely based on the park perks and the status of the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great and very smooth, from check in to check out. Excellent experience for children, and smooth entry exit from the Disneyland Park.
7.0 Good
Pros: Amazing location, clean warm and friendly hotel
Cons: Everything is extremely expensive, the hotel is a little dated and is definitely not a 5 star. No sound proofing at all. All the same, it is a stones throw from the parks and the kids loved it
6.3 Good
Pros: Access to Disneyland
Cons: Overpriced
6.0 Good
Pros: Great room, friendly staff. Although overpriced, the room service was excellent.
Cons: The food is way overpriced. 70 euro for a lunch buffet for an adult! Even in overpriced Switzerland I would not have to pay that much. The a la carte restaurant is also way way overpriced. And a continental breakfast for 36 euros is a rip off. And the bathtub in the room seems to be made for drawves. I'm 188cm and I couldn't fit it.

Pros: My daughters loved the the indoor water park and the restaurants and the arcade ,we loved the location to Disneyland Paris

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The only advantage of the hotel that close to the Disney parks and have a free shuttle from the hotel to the parks. That’s all.
Cons: I have just checked out from the hotel with really bad experience. My vacation was ruined because of the multiple incidents since the first night of my stay. My son had bitten by bed bugs and only hotel management offered to exchange the room and unfortunate it was smaller room than what I had before and the generous compensation is to wash my cloths that had been in contact with the beds. They claimed that no bed bugs in the room but I have doubts about it. Also the new room has a leaking sink and it got fixed after I had to report it two times. Housekeeping is really poor. All what they do is fixing the beds and replacing the towels. One day the trash pin was overfilled and they have not empty it. The complementary breakfast is another story, same options everyday with low quality and no variety at all. Unfortunate that I had stayed there even though this is my second time after 8 years but this time it was NOT pleasure at all. Hope the hotel management take a serious measure to overcome their flaws. Thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, huge and classy Staff were very nice Facilities were very good Has free shuttle to and fro Disneyland Express checkout
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely, very clean and the reception staff were welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The was nice, comfy bed. The shuttle bus comes to the hotel every 30 minutes. Would use this hotel again.
Cons: The reception staff were lovely but it's a shame that the same couldn't be said for the restaurant staff in the evening they weren't very friendly or welcome and it wasn't busy or I would have understood and took 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotless and very comfortable
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing was available as the Disney parks had closed, there was no restaurant , no staff, experience was awful due to coronavirus outbreak,
Cons: As above, and bed was collapsed one side
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was dirty, the hotel smell like a wet towel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient shuttle
Cons: Restaurants in hotel limited in menu and VERY overpriced.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Floor and room smelt of food 24hrs a day. Breakfast was over priced and not very nice. No fresh fruit. Left a spare room keycard in the room and the cleaner kept taking it.

6.0 Good
Pros: Although the rooms had seen better days, there was plenty of space and the set up for a family was good. The kids loved closing the curtains around the bunk beds to create a some private space. The free bus transfers to Disneyland were good.
Cons: The bar/restaurant/shop prices. I was expecting it to be alittle more expensive as it's near Disneyland but it was outrageously expensive. 4 euros for a bottle of water, 3.89 for a bottle of fanta and 10.50 for a pint of beer. The store in the hotel matched the prices at Disneyland.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like the room decoration, it was comfortable. The room service for dinner was also great. There is shuttle every 10-20 from and to Disneyland and trainstation. The breakfast choice also good and delicious.
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast and position. Nice environment for children! It is possible to get to Disneyland Parc by a free shuttle in 10 min.
Cons: The Italian buffet dinner not much appreciated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Disney and free shuttle to park
7.0 Good
Pros: Good selection at breakfast, pool was very clean although cold, staff were friendly.
Cons: Décor in room could be better, it advertised children TV but none available. Asked for a wake up call on my last morning and this never happened.
7.4 Good
Pros: Comfy beds, food was ok, free shuttle to Disneyland, indoor pool and the concierge kindly ordered us a takeaway pizza as food had ended on our arrival
Cons: Shower would only go luke warm, request on 1st day for replacement bathroom products not done until we were leaving, menu could be improved breakfast ok , bar expensive, as a disabled customer I did fall over a stray ball from the ball pool, the luggage store seemed a bit lax in security despite having to have a card to enter we noticed some guests going in and out when they opened the door and some "guests" looking at other luggage? Takeaway ordered by the hotel was cheaper by half than room service! A couple more English tv channels please, we had to move several room service items in the corridor to get through
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good. Bed is good but not enough pillows :(
Cons: More pillows :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa was wonderful, and open from early until late. Mini kitchen in room was an added bonus; mini supermarket 5 minutes walk away, directly across from RER station. Shuttle to/from Disney, or 5 minute walk to RER train (easy access to Paris) were amazing.
Cons: Uncontained shower area with insufficient bathmats; lack of towel rack/pegs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, excellent shuttle service to Disney
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location to Disneyland, clean hotel, friendly staff
Cons: Food awful - we waited for over thirty mins for a club sandwich and it turned up cold and really unappetising
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland was very good. Shuttles were great, never waited more than 5 minutes, and ride was 4 minutes to front gate
Cons: I have had better breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is amazing for Disney, the free shuttle bus is fab and for Paris with the train station direct to Paris around the corner. You have Val D’Europe a 5 min walk away. The small kitchen in the room is fab aswell, go to the supermarket and get breakfast when you get there. The bar is nice for having a few drinks after a busy day at Disney or sightseeing. The spa is also great for unwinding and relaxing.
Cons: We had an interconnecting room with the people next door very loud. The bed is not the best but bearable and the bathroom in our room definitely needs some tlc. The staff (not all of them) are very stand offish at times which can come across as rude. Our room was on the main road above the hotel entrance and quite frankly, we might aswell have laid our bed in the road at times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff and the spa and free shuttle bus to Disneyland was a bonus.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Disneyland Paris, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff
Cons: Overall breakfast was just ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet. Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied. We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it!
Cons: It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location for EuroDisney is perfect with a shuttle to & from the park available all day. The connecting rooms worked well for us as travelling with 2 kids under 5. Kitchen was also great when travelling with kids, just big enough with a microwave, kettle & fridge it was ideal.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic and not worth €20pp. Also room service was very expensive with a small choice & food was cold when it arrived - also no kids menu on the room service. Some staff were helpful, most were not.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to Disneyland and s great place to relax after a long exciting days. Good breakfast buffet.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Worst Hotel ever
Cons: Staff, cleanliness
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern. Close to the train station and local restaurants and markets.

Pros: I'd just like to say that this hotel I was abit hesitant at first as it's a 'partner' hotel, but honest it was so nice and so clean. Staff were amazing, check in was a breeze, and the bed were so comfy. I'm pretty sure I had one of the best nights sleeps I've had since going to Disney :) the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The room was big and spacious perfect if had family. I'd highly recommend this hotel for people looking to stay off site of Disney.
Cons: The wifi kept going on and off, but can't complain to much about it as it was free and it is a big hotel and the shuttle buses they are pretty over crowded at most times of the day, but only like a 8 min ride away so not too bad :)

Pros: We had a fantastic stay here. It was very clean the facilities were great and the location was also so convenient with the free disney shuttle going from our door step so frequently. Some staff members were very rude and we almost felt like we were a nuisance to them but we didn't let it take away from our stay as it seemed to be a theme with alot of people we met including Disneyland staff members was it wasn't just the hotel. Mohammed in the bar was amazing he was so friendly and accommodating to my disabled brother in law and to us also!
Cons: Rude staff
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location, price, facilities (althought we didnt get to use a lot of them due to short stay), nice staff,
Cons: Especially traveling with kids, would be nice to have a fridge/microwave in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttles to disney going every 20 mins although they were very rammed going to 4 different hotels and the train station/parks. After reading bad reviews was really pleasantly surprised - easy check in/out, really clean spacious room, air conditioning worked really well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The small farm is the real highlight of this hotel. My daughter was fascinated by lama and everyday wanted to visit the farm to say hi to the cute animals. very professional and kindly staff at the reception
Cons: there was a kettle in a room but no cups or any sample tea/coffee set. A small fridge in the room would also be usefull.
6.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle bus
Cons: Small bathroom, too many buildings, rude staff
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, Bouncy castle, play area
Cons: No aircon
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close location to Disney and the burger cart out front.
Cons: The dinner is overpriced for what you get. Not worth it at all. Our room was loud, especially at night and very early in the morning. You can hear everything going on in other rooms, upstairs, and outside.

Pros: The staff was great they really friendly. Especially the dark skin lady with curly hair and glasses, she is probably the nicest person I ever met. The shuttle service to Disneyland was really handy and the breakfast was also nice. All in all a great experience.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The Bus Driver who was always smiling to all and the croissant in restaurant was very good.
Cons: staff attitude were not so positive. Not well cleaned property. It is written in kitchen that if you don't keep in the same manner given, will charge the guest. I believe this is very wrong way of addressing a guest. Totally very average hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds roomy apartment good facilities and shuttle bus service to disneyland
Cons: PowerPoint was loose in kitchen
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Nice place room was good size. Clean inside of room!
Cons: Hallways are rundown, and took over an hr to check in. Thought that was rediculous!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and location was fantastic .
Cons: The drain smelt in the bathroom sink.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for Disneyland Paris. The room was well equipped and clean overall. The shuttle was really great.
Cons: It’s hard to find things to complain about at this hotel. I wish the window curtain offered more privacy.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very organised check in process. Comfortable and spacious if a little warm rooms. Excellent pool facility. Seemed to run very well despite it being probably one of the most busy rapid turn over hotels I have stayed in. 15 min walk to Disneyland parks. Breakfast efficient and tasty.
Cons: Restaurants fully booked leaving very few/ no options for dinner that was inclusive to our package. Shower temperature controls somewhat unpredictable a bit dangerous for little children.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice experience and I really enjoyed it with my family. I also love going to the park early that was so nice!
Cons: I only wish the shuttle service would start earlier but it’s OK. Like at four will be nice for the early flights to come out at seven.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good food, loved pool,
Cons: I fridge or tea and coffee in room
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the room was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the bath was lovely and big. Very easy check in and out.
Cons: Needed a clean - lots of cobwebs and dust Toiletries were lacking/used. No tea/coffee making facilites
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pillows were amazing. There are no in room refreshments but there is a coffee machine down the hall and you get the right to hall yourself once a day based on the number of nights you are staying
Cons: There is only one lift from the reception down to the rear exit to the Disney park and everyone with a wheelchair or pushchair has to use it. The lift takes one chair at a time with one companion so at peak times it’s very slow!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Quiet, clean room, basically as it should be.
Cons: For the fairly expensive rate involved we were 'entitled' to a few drinks from a machine a VERY LONG WAY from our room. It would probably have been better if we had never been told about this lukewarm, so called 'entitlement'. Also, hardly any convenient shelf space in the actual bathroom/toilet. VERY poor selection of TV stations. Wash basin practically blocked - should have been checked by housekeeping. No convenient electric plug near the window bed. Generally inconsistent approach to security. We didn't bother with breakfast as it was clearly overpriced for normal appetites.

Pros: Extremely close to Disneyland probably a 8 minute walk. Extremely clean, I really enjoyed the hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Toy-Story theme was incredible. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff clean rooms nice food
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Stay cut short as park closed. Only used 3 out of the 7 nights I paid for. No refund :(
7.5 Good
Pros: The theme throughout the resort is great! There is a Starbucks in the hotel! It is a nice walk along the river to the Parks and it is a perfect hotel to stay at if you are on a budget or are spending all day in the parks and little time in the room.
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable as they are too firm.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A typical Disney hotel, staff are very helpful and always have a smile on their face, lots of merchandise options and a nice family feel to the place. Woody's roundup room was themed for all ages, so anybody can appreciate the hotel. Very impressed with just how close it is to the park, around a 5/10 minute lakeside walk.
Cons: They put on shuttles through the day from the hotel to the airport, just keep an eye on times if you have an early flight as the first leaves around 6:40am.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was relatively close to disney
Cons: Reception not able to activate our cards resulting us standing in the hallway 2 times while child wants to sleep. Reception is a long street outside our building. Room noisy and stuffy.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The themeing for the rooms was really fun with all the Toy Story elements. The rooms were updated and clean. While we were there the facility was still undergoing renovations so the restaurant was closed but there was a Starbucks on site to get a quick breakfast before the park.
Cons: The rooms that are the farthest from the park are quite a long walk away. While this isn't really a bad thing because the rooms are quite affordable, it is something to consider.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got the golden forest room! I felt it was a very good value especially after pricing hotels at Disney World. Breakfast every morning, free non alcoholic drinks in the evening, an extra fast pass, close to parks & downtown, extra magic hours, I like being in the main bldg. The lounge area with fireplace is cozy & relaxing & has table service. Room was clean, beds a bit hard, but I kinda expect that in European hotels. The breakfast is typically European & I am fine with that. Americans coming from states may not be used to it & have a difficult time with it, but breakfast just fine, plentiful & varied. Great French toast! The room was a bit warm at night but we were on top floor soo... only complaint was I wish I could have opened the window wider or that there were 2 windows to open rather than one. Safety first I guess... Overall we loved it!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, fire place, kid friendly. Golden Forest package is good value.
Cons: My 5 year old is a coeliac so we knew we might run into trouble. We were offered a choice of cakes and biscuits from a gluten free basket of pre-packed goods. None of which are good to be giving a 5 year old for breakfast. The staff did provide an allergen menu from the chef so we could work out what was safe from the buffet. However we’d no guarantees on cross contamination. There was fruit and yoghurt available too but gluten-free bread/cereal selections weren’t offered to her. Other hotels in Italy produced the same type of pre-packed sweet options at breakfast so this is not the first time we encountered issues with coeliac food options at Hotels. I would suggest to coeliacs to bring your own bread or cereal if you don’t want to have eggs and cakes for breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Room was too cold. Tried to change the AC settings but it did not work. Woke up very cold.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The service we received at check in and at the concierge was good. Room is themed well, and was pretty quiet. Ten minute walk to the parks.
Cons: Worst hotel shower ever: no water pressure and shower hose kept popping out of the water faucet. Hard beds. Very few outlets: there were only two in the main room and one didn't work. And none were close to the beds so it was impossible to charge your phone on the nightstand. We ran out of tissues one morning and when they weren't replaced when we returned that evening, I called housekeeping to ask for more, and they said they'd bring them right away. Never got more over the rest of our stay. We had a server at the Redwood Bar who yelled at us for asking if we could sit next to the fireplace. He said "WE ARE FULL! You sit here [in the corner] !!!" There were several tables open on the other side of the fireplace, I assume he just didnt want to have to walk farther to serve us.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed the feel of the hotel and the close proximity to Disney. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: There were very few sockets for charging phones, none beside the beds
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very poor
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It’s dated and needs money spending on it.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It is very close to the park indeed.
Cons: Room and bathroom are obviously old and with low maintenance. Joints in the toilet are visible and roasted. Only one plug was available. Room smells like humidity and it was under ventilated. For the price it costs, quality is poor. It is indeed close to the park but there should be a minimum in hygiene that price includes. They wanted to charge us 26€ extra per night to get a room nearby the rest of the family. We refused and got the most possible further option.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location near the park. The room was clean.
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable.
7.7 Good
Pros: Like staying on Disney property for the convenient location and park perks. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed our time in Disney and Paris from this property. The bus shuttle was so nice at times but advise you walk if you miss the Extra Magic Time to enter the park early otherwise you’ll be queuing with the crowds at the main entrance instead of the entrance for hotel guests only.
Cons: Staff were friendly but a bit reluctantly accommodating than we’re used to at Disney properties (took a couple requests before we could get a fan). The room is sparse on electrical outlets (only 2 functioning plugs - 1 more available if you want to keep the lights on all night while using it) made it a little difficult to charge devices, run a fan, and a sleep apnea device all at once. Had to request an extension cord in order to use the sleep apnea device as there are no plugs near either bed.

Pros: Close to Disney and close to shopping/restaurants
Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the location as very close to Disneyland and shopping centre and the staff was very helpful!
Cons: Couldn't fault anything

Pros: excellent location with great shuttle transfer - great value for money - basic accommodation but couldn't grumble for the price - overall recommend this hotel
Cons: basicly furnished
