Pros (+) Good luck with these greedy pension mongers. Subordinate staff very well meaning.
Cons (-) Shower didn't drain. Shower head broken. No towels at first then no replacements in six days. Never changed sheets. Hallways in disarray. Akin to India as opposed to España.
