The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room is clean and the breakfast is very delicious. You can ask them to ship packages at the front desk.
A bit far from subway station. Walking takes about 12-15mins.

The location is in a calm place considering the size of Shanghai. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good. Everything was very clean and they come everyday to give you water, tea, coffee, toilet paper and new towels.
None of the staff spoke English so it was hard to understand everything they Said especially about the price we had to pay if we lost our room card. The TV didn't work when we tried to use a USB drive. If your neighbors are noisy, you'll hear them trust me.

Hotel is not so big, but it is cozy and staffs are very kind.
the first is some smell in the room. Even I selected Non-smoking but I got some smoked smell in the room. The second is I could hear what next room people talk at night even I heard that phone vibration from next room.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean.
The first nigh they gave me a room without a window. Only next night they changed the room. The staff do not speak English. This is usually not the big problem. But they were not able or not willing to issue me a normal invoice which I need to reimburse the costs from my company. It took me and me Shanghai colleagues to wait and speak with them at minimum half an hour. But they did not understand or do not want to understand. Without getting an invoice for my travel expenses I can not chose the hotel again. I will stay at another hotel the next time.
