Pros (+) Room is always clean and in good shape. Always has hot water available and the bellmen in the lobby are the best in Shenzhen. If you need anything in Shenzhen, talk to the bellmen! Location to me is awesome.
Cons (-) The front desk staff continues to not measure up. First, they do not understand there own check in procedures. Second, average English in the actual check-in staff which is not there fault. My fault for not knowing Chinese. Second, if your checking in or out and your from another country, if someone Chinese walks up to the desk, they stop your check in, help them and come back to you afterwards. T...
