KAYAK
Took thier mystery vehicle and ended up with a pickup. The vehicle i have no complaints on, the daily rate was excellent, the insurance for some reason when I booked did not take so I could not take advantage of the kayak rate. When booking make sure that stays clicked or they will kill you at budget with their daily rate. Ended up for 3 days insurance costing more than I pay my Insurance company for a month.

I mentioned my age as 24 while reserving the car when i went to the loaction of pick up they told me i cannot have that cause i am not 25 or older. They ruined the trip for me

Unfortunately thrifty charged us for the extra insurance even though our booking we did online had already charged us for this. When I discovered this they would not give me any money back so I paid far too much for this car rental.
